These guys are the best! They came and did my roof the job was fantastic. not only was the work quality out of this world they were reasonably priced would highly recommend. fast and professional.

Contracted with them to repair my a section of my pavers and put in an access panel for the septic as well as a gutter repair. They started the job originally 3 weeks after they originally said they would with no follow-up calls and I had to contact them. I had agreed with Zach on a price and that the paver access panel would be concrete and steel under the pavers. His brother ended up doing it wood on dirt and 3/4" wood planks under the pavers and a poor job of laying them also. I'm going to have to have it professionally redone. I had voiced my concerns about this approach and it was not what I contracted for but my fault was I paid them and then took my issue up with Zach which originally said he would make it right, but then recanted said since I paid them that I had accepted the end result. Buyer beware.

These guys are great. Very reasonably priced, and excellent work. Zach and Izet are on top of everything. They were both out to the job site several times during installation. The day after they finished, I heard someone walking on the roof and wondered who would be up there now......I thought they were finished. Nope. It was the owner walking every square foot of my new roof, taking pictures, looking for problems, etc. all of which he shared with me when he came down. There were no problems. You show me a business where the owner is that diligent, and I'll show you a company that I will highly recommend, over and over again. These guys are the real deal, and it shows.

Highly recommended! From the very beginning this project was handled with integrity and professionalism. When Zach was running behind schedule for the initial estimate, he called ahead of time to let me know - that's integrity. He offered a quality product at a fair price and kept the communications flowing through the entire process. The crew that performed the tear-off and installation of the new roof arrived early (as promised) and worked efficiently and tirelessly until complete. They did a fantastic job, took care to tarp or use drop cloths and cleaned up as they went along. They left the place looking great.

It went very well. We took estimates from four companies and liked Master Pro the best by far. As a veteran I was entitled to a discount which I greatly appreciated. Zach was very responsive to all our requests, and kept us informed throughout the replacement. He even climbed into our attic space to check on a possible leak that didn't show up from the outside. He was great!

It was terrific from start to finish, probably one of the best contractors we've had during our 30 year residence. Zach, the project manager, was key to the operation. His initial visit consisted of getting up on the the roof and doing a thorough examination and explaining the ins and outs to me. Other highly rated companies didn't even bother getting up on the roof. And surprisingly his estimate using quality shingles and accessories was less than competitors. Any questions I had were addressed ASAP. And the day of the job he was out there working alongside the workers. There were gashes, holes, and weathering on the existing roof deck so they installed sheathing on the entire roof before installing multiple layers of protection and then the new shingles. Because of that the job took a day and a half. They even removed and reinstalled an old basketball hoop that was a heavy lift. They worked hard and carefully and kept me informed every step of the way. And we are very pleased with the result.

UPDATE:
After my negative review Zach called me and apologized for not getting back to me sooner. He came and did the job over again, so hopefully it will be a more permanent fix this time. I’ve added 2 stars.

Zach is very quick to respond in the beginning. The first time I called him he came over that day to give me an estimate. His guys came that weekend to do the repair to the roof. They forgot to do part of the job, but I called Zach and he sent them back. A few weeks later I had some wind damage the flashing on the front of the house. Zach came back, gave me an estimate and the work was quickly done. Unfortunately the work was done poorly and a week or two later the flashing was coming off again. The guys came back and tried to repair the damaged flashing by hammering in a dozen more nails instead of replacing it. Needless to say it looked terrible, but the guy said it would never come off. Now almost any amount of wind makes the flashing vibrate so loudly you almost can’t sit out front anymore. I called Zach (and sent him a video of the vibrating flashing) and he promised they’d come back and fix it the right way. That was over a month ago, and he no longer responds to my calls or texts. Avoid them. There are plenty of other guys out there that do better work - and stand by it.

Highly recommended Zach and his team at Master Pro. They were able redo my home roof with new shingles, replace areas of plywood, install ice/water shields, leak barriers and replace an outdated skylight all in one day. He was professional to make sure to send pictures and videos throughout the work the damage and progress and provide me with options and made me feel comfortable about the whole process. Afterwards they made sure they cleaned up everything so I didn’t have to worry. Definitely worth reaching out for an initial estimate if you need roofing repair.

Zach was great and timely. He came by sent me estimate and we scheduled for the next week. Got the work done as hurricane Ida lifted my shingles letting water in the house. As they were getting to work they found multiple areas where the roof had rot. They took photos before and after so I could claim with my insurance that underbid on my repair.

I was hoping i only needed a repair & they were going to do one with a guarantee but as they began to take off the shingles, they discovered a much worse problem. They took pix & explained my options and their recommendations. They cleaned up after themselves and even helped me with an unrelated problem.
