Master Construction Group

Master Construction Group did a great job on our insurance claim and partial renovation. We wanted a contractor who could do it all. They handled our new roof, siding, and a new door we've been wanting for years. They took care of all the city permits and inspections. They did it fast too. The project didn't drag on for days and days. It all worked out and they did it within our available budget too. Speaking of our budget, as mentioned earlier this was for an insurance claim so the majority of the cost for the work was set by our insurance company. Master Construction Group worked within those budget limits. They answered all our questions along the way and they were very responsive. The workers were polite and respectful. I would definitely work with Master Construction Group again if the need arises. I give them my highest recommendation.

From day one, this contractor went above and beyond. They inspected our roof and found storm damage we didn’t even know we had.

They helped us file the claim, met with the insurance adjuster, and made sure we got the replacement covered saving us thousands.

The crew was respectful and skilled, and they treated our home like it was their own.

We hired Ron at SS Handyman for a few minor home issues that, when all listed together, became a project bigger than we could handle alone.

Ron provided an excellent, detailed estimate and time frame for completing all the little projects. It was excellent and insightful, showing the years of experience in forecasting unforseen construction challenges.

We chose SS Handyman BECAUSE they weren't the cheapest or flashiest... but because Ron and his office team are clearly professionals.

The work itself was on-time, thorough, professional and complete. Ron's team arrived when they said they would, re-checked all the estimate numbers and needs, sat down with us and communicated the reality of the job timeline, materials, and steps to completion.

Our main Handyman was Johan, who clearly understood construction. He bought only the parts needed, did the exact work, communicated when the job went sideways (hint: handyman/construction projects ALWAYS go sideways), and came to us with solutions. Johan worked quickly, efficiently, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. It was a pleasure watching him tackle all of the projects.

Our project was done on-time, on-budget, and very professionally finished.

My favorite part was when Johan finished cleanup (drywall dust, wood shavings, paint splatter) and loaded up. He came back inside the house and re-inspected to make sure he got EVERYTHING clean. Ran his finger along baseboards, checked his paint with a flashlight (IYKYK), and even made sure the trash was taken out.

We are customers for life. Ron and Johan: WELL DONE!!!

The guys did an awesome job finishing our basement drywall and paint. We Will be calling them soon for our exterior paint!

SS Handyman did a great job in our bathroom plumbing. They repaired our leaking shower faucet and replaced the seal on our bathtub. Would refer them eyes closed

Ronny and Alexis were exceptional. We had a laundry list of areas that we needed addressed. They did all of that work well, and they uncovered a significant ceiling leak and repaired it. They're good guys, they do good work, we highly recommend them.

I called him up and he helped me over the phone to walk me through my water filter issue. He was amazing. Can’t wait to use him again!!! Thank you!

We hired SS Handyman to do general repairs in our home. We gave Alex a list of what we wanted done and he came back with a fair estimate. A few days later he and his helper arrived to do the work. To our pleasant surprise they completed all of the work in one day! They did quality work and made sure that it was done to our complete satisfaction.

We liked them and their work so much that we hired them to install hardwood flooring in three rooms of our home.

I recommend SS Handyman without hesitation.

Mr.Ronny does great work, he fixed my kitchen sink disposal and it's working well. However he is in the process of doing more work for us, and we are well, please. And I will recommend him to anyone.

Ronny is extremely impressive. The best way I can describe Ronny is “solutions-oriented”. He’s far more than a handyman—He's is a residential engineer. My situation involved an unusual dual hose portable air conditioner that entailed a complicated hose attachment assembly and window installation for the hoses. I was lost on how to put the numerous parts together, Even before looking at the instructions, he amazingly figured out how to assemble the various parts. When he read the instructions, which I could not figure out, Ronny immediately understood the instructions. Incredible. He then installed the window attachment to fit perfectly, using a mini saw to cut the attachments for a perfect fit in the window. Without him, I might have returned the AC. He’s also very professional, knowledgeable, and a nice person. Very highly recommended!

I spoke to Ronny letting him know the kind of work I needed done. He was very professional and happy to explain the process of scheduling on top of everything else I asked about. He was very flexible scheduling the work into a date and time I was available, which was just great. Fran the person who came out for what I needed done did a terrific job completing everything. Quality and price absolutely equals value and nail it Handyman offers very good value. I'll always be calling them first for anything I need done in the future.
