We recently had all new windows and doors replaced by Maryland Windows and Doors. All the installers were prompt, professional, and extremely hard-working. Extra thanks for putting up with and our three noisy dogs.

My house was 60 years old and had the original wood windows in it. You know the ones that you have to scrape puddy caulk and paint every couple of years. What a pain. Had 3 company's come out to give estimates. Ross from Maryland Windows and Doors was the only one that showed up on time. Was very professional and offered the best products of the 3. His price was very competitive with one of the company's. The other company was way out of the ball park. I guess all that advertising about your warehouse by the creek is expensive. When the Maryland Windows and Door install crew showed up to do the job they were on time neat in appearance and very professional. Not only did they install 19 Windows in my house but I had them come back in 6 months and replace 4 doors. They have a superior product for a great price and a professional crew to install it. Love the windows and doors. Cut my energy use by about 30% . I would recommend these fine people to anyone.

I met Ross at the Timonium Home show and after talking to other vendors, I decided to use Maryland Windows and Doors. Their price were very competitive and the installation was finished in a day & a half. The new windows look great. Their installers were very courteous, neat and finished ahead of schedule. We needed to replace all the windows in our house, 14 plus a large bathroom window crank style window. The house was built in 1991 so I didn’t want to spend an arm and leg since the R-factor of the house is probably lower then todays. I know what Anderson and Pella windows would cost. I didn’t really want to sacrifice quality for price, went through that before. This brings me to Maryland Windows and Door. I was very satisfied with the price and quality of the windows. Financially, I couldn’t do all the windows at once. They more than willing to do 1/2 dozen or so at a time without hesitation. No fancy sales pitches or buy 3 get 1 free nonsense, because if you know, nothing is free. They were straight to the point. Measured, ordered and installed in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend Maryland Windows and Doors on your next project.

He answered all my questions and I didn’t feel rushed to make decisions. Beautiful custom storm door installed after 5 1/2 months. Quality of door was great. Customer service was poor. Called numerous times for status update on the door and call was never answered except for once in the 5 1/2 months. Never returned voice messages that were left. Would respond by email occasionally. Communicated quickly when it was time for final payment. Horrible customer service.

They were flexible on timing and always answered my emails. The installer was excellent! He cleaned up after himself and left no mess. I'd use them again.

This review is Long Over Due. On May 1st, 2023 MD Windows and Doors installed 3 entrance and 2 storm doors on our home originally built in 1969. We could not be more pleased.

The last 10 years we have completed major and minor renovations to our home and worked with many contractors. We do our research and don’t shop price alone but in the end there was always some challenge.

Ross of MD W&D was the 8th contractor we met with and my husband was blown away at Ross’ knowledge of the product, process and his easy going personality that we signed on the spot. We never sign on the spot.

The installation was completed by Caesar, a true craftsman. He ensured the doors had proper fitment and gaping was even throughout. If you have ever worked on doors for an older home…this is not an easy, quick process. Caesar was a true pleasure to have in our home, he was always smiling, friendly and showed great respect of our space.

These two men are trustworthy professionals who delivered a great product with high end installation.

Excellent!!!! Maryland Windows and Doors were fast, efficient, timely, and professional. We had our sliding door replaced, some windows repaired , and new shutters installed. Communication was continuous and we were kept up to date through every step of the project. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

My wife and I are very happy to say the least with our new sliding glass door. We bought the house over 20 years ago and when we did, we found out that our sliding glass door was a builder's basic door. Up until the last 6 or 7 years the door was fine, But, we had trouble with the lock and both door handles. The "glide" in our sliding door became a very hard to close "no glide" door.
In the end, the door was very hard to close and the door lock was non-existent/broken.
We had Ross out to the house and he did an impeccable job at educating us on sliding glass doors. He examined our issue with our door and then came up with several options on a new door which he explained thoroughly to us.
Ross was not pushy at all. My wife and I were so happy not to have a the sales games which some companies do.
The installation of our new door was executed extremely well, too. Done in half a day.

Maryland Windows did a fabulous job! I live in a house built in 1872 which had an original door. As much as I hated to replace something original to the house, it was time. Maryland Windows had the PERFECT door that fit our not-so-square home. The installer took the time to find the best molding to match our original 150 year old molding. He even came back a second time with a better match as he wasn't satisfied with the one he brought first! As is the case in most older homes, the walls are an unusual thickness and the angles are no longer square but the door is as snug as a bug in a rug due to the expertise of the installation! The style is classic and the functionality is superb. Well done, highly recommend!
