We just had both our roofs (garage and home) and siding replaced. First let me say what a pleasure it was to deal with Marvin and his crew. Such a nice friendly bunch of people. Very knowledgeable and all were extremely hardworking. After we had that big storm hit in September Marvin and his workers were smart….they didn’t wait around for people to call them, they went around door to door in our neighborhood offering their services. That is exactly how we connected with them to do our repairs. We couldn’t be more pleased with everything they did for us….our house looks awesome! They went above and beyond for us and I’m sure they are doing the same for all of our neighbors homes as well. Bcuz FYI they did and are doing just about all our neighbors homes as well. Marvesta contacted us after a bad hail storm. They did a free inspection of our roof, came during the insurance inspection in case there were questions, and answered many questions from us before we signed the contract. The roofing team arrived when promised and completed the roof, including new gutter hangers and repair of a cupola, within 2 days. They were courteous, worked diligently, and cleaned up the site during and at the end of the project. We are very pleased and recommend them highly.

Incredible. At the time I just had ankle surgery and was unable to get around outside. Marvesta remodeling took care of all the paper work and multiple trips to my house to meet with insurance adjusters. I highly recommend them!❤️

A Roofing Company with Excellent Communication and Customer Satisfaction

Marvesta Remodeling just finished replacing our roof and gutters last week. We had a wonderful experience working with Marvin and their entire staff and would highly recommend them. The communication with Tom (gave estimate), Marvin (the owner), and Zach (in baseball terms, their “utility player!”) were superb. It only took 2 1/2 weeks from the time we signed our contract for them to start the job. The roofing crew worked from early morning to late evening and competed the roof in two days. On the third day, they began replacing some rotted wood we had, and the gutter crew led by Hector replaced all our gutters. Customer Satisfaction seems to be of the utmost importance for Marvin and all of his staff. Marvin stopped by a few times to check in. He is a very personable and friendly guy. After inspecting everything, we had a few adjustments that they didn’t mind returning to fix. They wanted to make sure that we were happy with everything. Everyone on staff was friendly and respectful and had such a strong work ethic. Last week was one of the hottest weeks, and they still worked tirelessly. His crew did a good job with clean up, though we still needed to do some additional deep cleaning outside on our own to make sure we got all the nails and debris. We have had many neighbors comment how beautiful our new roof looks, and we have Marvin and his company to thank.

The Marvesta team completed a three car garage with second floor addition for us this year. They were great to work with and did a fantastic job.
The job was done on time and the finished project was even better than I could have imagined.

I highly recommend Marvesta Remodeling. I met Tom at the 2023 Pittsburgh Home and Garden show. We scheduled an appointment and he explained the whole process from best to worst case. All was documented on the estimate. Zack kept me updated the day before and the day of the roof replacement. The Crew was amazing. I had a slate roof and they worked hard to remove and cleaned up all the little slate pieces. They continually keep the yard and flower beds clean. Marvin stopped by to introduce himself and make sure I was satisfied with the new roof. I can't say enough good things about them!

Avoid this business at all costs.
They lie about who they are and the work that they preform. They took 8 months to do a project that was supposed to take 2 months and still couldn’t finish the job. It got to the point that their sales manager came out and said to get another contractor to fix the work because they didn’t know how to do it. Twice I had water pouring in my house because they left gutters off for months and then didn’t seal holes that they put in my roof. They’re so bad they have outstanding civil judgments against them that they refuse to pay. Do your research, search Allegheny county civil magistrate courts and you can see what type of business they are. They still owe $12,500 for what they did to my house.

We had used Marvesta in the past for hail damage repair, and at that time they seemed professional and trustworthy. Recently, we had windows replaced and the window installers noticed that the wood around the window was wet and rotted. According to the window installer there was no house wrap around the window to prevent this damage. When we reached out to Marvesta they tried to talk us out of the house wrap, but we insisted having it installed. During the process of the repair we as homeowners were neglected to be informed on the progress of the job. We always had to call for updates on the job, and when they were coming back. The "middle man" was very arrogant when talking to us, which in our eyes as homeowners is unprofessional and unacceptable. They lacked cleaning up nails all over the yard where they were working, which again, was neglectful. I will never use Marvesta again. If this job was done properly the first time, I wouldn't be writing this today.

We loved the work that was done from the hailstorm damage. They were easy to work with. The house looks great and the work was done in a timely manner. Marvin kept us informed along the way when the different trades were coming since we had multiple damage roof, siding, gutters etc. We had a positive experience.

Replacing the roof of our large house was a big concern and expense. After obtaining a few quotes from local companies, we chose and trusted Marvesta Remodeling for the job. The entire process was very smooth, clear and easy- from obtaining a quote to the fast completion. Marvin and Dave were very involved, professional, patient in answering questions and honest in everything they told us. The team of roofers was well coordinated, knowledgeable, polite, careful about securing the area and cleaning after each day. They worked effortfully from morning to sunset- some days challenged by threatening cloudy skies. It is so difficult nowadays to find reliable, hard working people- these people proved us otherwise- they were our heroes. We were so pleased with the roof work, that decided to have them replace the gutters guards for us. In only five days the roof, five skylights, gutter rails were replaced, the area around the house cleaned and the materials moved out of our way. We will not hesitate a second to hire Marvesta for any of the jobs they offer- our next big project is windows. Please don’t pay elsewhere thousands of dollars extra for the exact service and quality Marvesta offers!

We just had Marvesta put all new siding, soffit and fascia metal, as well as gutters and downspouts. install finish date was May 4, 2022. Will give updates as time goes on how everything holds up. The price was a good value for us and the timeline and responsiveness was/is great. So far the work looks great. We would say you're doing yourself a disservice by not giving them a call. Great company and we highly recommend it. Thank you Marvin and we will see you on our next project.

We had a great experience with Marvesta Remodeling. I contacted Marvesta after storm damage and they were quick to come out and assess the damage. We signed a contract to do a roof replacement and had a new roof within a week. Their communication throughout the process was timely, thorough and professional. I contracted Marvesta to build me two rooftop pedestrian decks by Gaco. After signing the contract, and prior to the work starting, Marvesta decided to change the scope of work, without telling me, to a type of roof product that was cheaper but not designed for pedestrians or furniture. After contacting the manufacturer to discuss what I believed to be the wrong installation, we all had a meeting at my property to discuss how to rectify the situation. We came up with a solution and then Marvesta backed out when they realized they were going to go negative on the project. I gave them an alternative to save money and still tried to charge me an additional $4000 for the material even though it was their mess up. SIX MONTHS LATER and still have made no progress on getting Marvesta to complete the job as contracted. They have been fired and will incur a lawsuit for breach of contract. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Marvesta, they will swindle you and try to do so without you knowing and probably get away with it.

This company is the best! Every aspect of their business is professional. Their price bests everyone in the business. This is the way to run a business!

If you need a new roof, gutters, downspouts, sofia fascia, railings etc definitely have Marvesta do the work. Summer of 2020, we needed to replace our roof, gutters, downspouts, Sofia Fascia and front railing. We got 3 estimates from companies, then a neighbor told us Marvesta replaced their roof etc and they couldn't be happier, so we got an estimate. Not only was Marvesta the best price, Marvin and his team were professional, reliable and used the best materials. I was amazed at their work and no mess at all, no nails in yard etc. Marvin also returns your call right away and stands behind their work with great warranty. I found out after we hired Marvesta that many in area used them, Marvin and his team do everything. He even corrected some pointing that we had done on chimney (by another contactor) at no charge.
You will be happy that you called them, I know we are very happy and just had to share if looking for a contractor.

Had a terrific experience. It was a breath of fresh air to actually have a company not only return your call, but show up promptly for an estimate, and give you dates they will show and appear on those dates( weather permitting) and when dates or times changed a phone call or text was received. Employees did great work, cleaned up after work was done and all very polite. I would recommend them to anyone.

Added downspouts and extended current ones. Replaced wooding siding and waterproofed sections. Painted sections and fixed holes from a woodpecker and painted. Did an amazing job and did it all in one day. Will definitely use again and would recommend!

I met Marvesta at the Home Show, and I am glad I did. Marvin (the owner) is an awesome, knowledgeable, caring, kind, personable, trustworthy and honest guy that made the process of getting my roof and fascia replaced very seamless. It took his crew 1 day for the roof and 1 day for the fascia. The crews were very respectful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was cleaned up. I highly recommend Marvesta Remodeling for roof installations. Like many other Gibsonia, PA residents, our roof sustained hail damage from a May 2019 hailstorm. After initially only getting the front slope of the roof approved for replacement by our insurance company (REALLY?!), I contacted Marvesta's Owner Marvin at the recommendation of a friend who had also used Marvesta for his roof replacement.

Marvin went up on the roof with a second insurance adjuster, and when they came back down, my entire roof was approved for replacement due to Marvin's knowledge and expertise in hail damage.

We proceeded to sign a contract with Marvesta, and both Marvin and his wife Amber were extremely professional and helpful with any questions we had. Marvin’s crew performed the roof replacement on the scheduled date that was just a couple weeks after signing the contract. His crews work hard and very efficiently! The entire roof was replaced within a single day, and it looks great! Marvin’s team begins their work by laying out tarps all around your home to ensure no damage to shrubs or decking. Once complete, the crew did a very thorough clean-up to ensure no straggler nails were left behind.

If your home has suffered hail damage or it's just time for a new roof, I highly recommend giving Marvin a call. Even if your insurance company has initially declined your claim, Marvin just may be able to help you get approved as he did for me.

I also recommend Marvesta for power washing your home. Marvin's team recently power washed our home, and the siding looks like new again! Another quality job!

Marvin and his team were really awesome fixing our roof. Very professional, prompt and high quality. Lots of our neighbors had problems with other roofing companies breaking stuff and found lots of nails in their yard even weeks later. Not so with Marvin! They were very careful during work, zero damage, and perfectly cleaned up afterwards.

Update: our garage roof started to leak and the construction company that built it does not exist anymore (shocking!!).

Marvin’s team took over the job, took off the deck above the garage, found and fixed the leakage, repaired some other subpar work and of the other company, put an additional protection layer on, and put the deck/roof back up without a single.damage.

They did all of this in only two days and to
top it off were available on short notice.

Now I can even 200% recommend them!!
