Mark, and his crew recently removed and installed our roof. The roof looks great. Mark and his crew do high quality work, that is not rushed. They pay extra attention to even smallest details. They were super careful removing old roof, keeping debris out of our landscaping and off the lawn. The old roof went from the roof to the dumpster, not to the ground. They cleaned debris from gutters and installed new leaf screens on them. I feel confident that we will get many, years out of the new roof.

I contacted Mark Sauer to get my cedar shake roof repaired. Within a day or two he came by to inspect the leaky areas of the house and roof. He did a really thorough inspection, and after talking with me about a variety of factors, Mark suggested a different type of repair than what another roofer we had called for an estimate had offered to do. A solution that not only should be more effective than the other roofer's offer, but was also cheaper. Mark's team was over within a week or so and the job was completed in one day. The team went above and beyond and even did a little more than the proposal discussed. Mark offered this extra work at no extra charge! Time will tell if the repair holds (I am confident it will) but Mark's professionalism and ease to work with made the whole interaction painless. If by chance we spring another leak, Mark Sauer Contracting will be the first place I call.
