They are very dishonest & all they tell you is LIES!!!!!
I received a phone call from them one day offering to come & give me a free roof inspection which turned out to 8 hours of talking & explaining issues that are not even there!!!!
They made up things claiming I had dangerous mold growing on my roof & other claims that aren't existent, then giving me a huge quote (19k) for a full roof replacement!!!
I was told I could easily cancel contract but to get significant savings I had to sign up now, which is a tactic to rush you to sign it without thinking right!!
I got other inspections done & they said my roof is fine & had none of those issues they claimed!!!!!
They are out there only to get every dollar out of your pocket & scam you!!! STAY AWAYYYY!

Jonathan B. I think was a consultant for Dream Home Roofers was quite the salesman sold me the dream. Until further investigation after being they had been around for approximately 20 yrs but only had a few google reviews as well as 276 followers on IG which I found intriguing being a SMA member myself for only 12 yrs. I was taken advantage of and lied to by the company with them knowing I was under the influence of pain medication due to major back surgery 10 days prior. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company and might have to take legal action to obtain my deposit back that shouldn’t have even been deposited until the project started! FYI never started and communication was mostly completed via portal not by a human! You disappointed. Please heed my advice! So disappointed on how I was played!

I had a great experience with Donoban and he helped me a lot with the roof. I felt very comfortable talking with him, and I’m glad my roof could be fixed. 10/10 experience.

This company was dishonest about the condition of my roof. A 30 minute free roof inspection became a 4 hour visit, convincing me i had dangerous mold growing in attic and needed half a roof replacement. I was told I could easily cancel contract but to get significant savings i had to sign now. After I had 4 other qualified people review the report I was given, turns out i was take advantage of and lied to about the condition of my roof and attic beams. Then to cancel I needed to send a telegram or deliver in person, 2 or so hours away..with no phone number at that location to confirm the office would be staffed. Telegram was quite costly (approx $230) and I am very displeased with this company. The address on the paper i was given was local, however, i could not cancel there (as i had assumed) I would not recommend using this company or trust their 'free inspections.'

The company was fantastic. The sales girl that came out was not simply a sales person. She knew exactly what went into making a roof and making our roof safe and affordable. She was able to explain the difference between what we have and what we need and was extremely professional. It was great to have someone to speak to that knew the materials and knew the process. The roofers came and did our multilevel roof in one day. They clean up was extremely professional as was their personalities on the job. I am thankful we came upon this company as we were able to do 0% financing for one year. That was a game changer for us.

I contracted with Dream Home Roofers and have no regrets. They had tarps covering my windows and doors while they removed the old shingles. They removed all the old material from my property while they worked. The roof was done in one day and the clean up was also completed before they left. In my opinion if you need a new roof you should give them a call.

We love our new roofs - on our home and a small flat roof on a rental building. The crews were great and the responsiveness of the company outstanding.
