Great service. Finished the very large RV windshield replacement as promised. Everything was nice and clean after the work was done.

Marengo Auto Body & Glass did a wonderful job repairing my motorhome. My cat and I live in it full time, and were able to do so while the work was being done. It took a bit of coordinating, but they were very flexible and accommodating to our needs. They did a great job on the body repairs. If I ever need body work done again, I would definitely go back to them.

A friend highly recommended Marengo Auto Body & Glass after they did some work for her, so I thought I’d have them look at some long scratches on my car. I cannot speak highly enough about the incredible experience I had. Zach went out of his way to help me by taking extra time to try and buff out the scratches. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I was satisfied. I highly, highly recommend this shop for their excellent customer service and incredible kindness. After having a front tire blow while driving my motorhome on the highway and going through the ditch in the center median, the motorhome had extensive body damage. Repairing the significant amount of damage took a long time, however Marengo Auto Body was able to fix the damages and make it look like new.
They had to reconstruct the framework for the basement, realign all the compartment doors, installed a new windshield, match the paint for the body work and several scratches down the side from the tire shreading, and applied Diamond Shield on the front. They collaborated with another company to make sure everything was correct with the alignment and that the motorhome frame was still safe to drive. I am very happy with the quality of service I received from Marengo Auto Body.

The service was great. They kept me updated all along. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new!

Excellent service! Called on Monday about a cracked windshield and by Friday it was replaced. I found it convenient to text which I feel helped expedite the process. I also appreciate how clean my car was upon pickup!

Marengo auto body and glass took good care of us. We were traveling from Wisconsin to southern Illinois when the seal broke on our Motorhome windshield. Our windshield was barely hanging on. We called around and was recommended by another shop to Marengo Auto Body Shop. We called and they worked us right in. We are full time RVer. Zack and the team had the RV for 24 hours and they pulled both windshield and cleaned and resealed. We had to wait 48 hrs while the seal set.
We want to Thank them for all they did to get us back on the road!!

We needed a very difficult to replace front panoramic glass in our '76 Argosy camper. After seeking help over the entire USA, Marengo AB&G was the ONLY place that would even attempt the repair! Major kudos to Zach and the staff.

I came to Marengo Auto Body and Glass after a tree branch shattered my sunroof during a bad snowstorm. They made the process super easy by working directly with the insurance company for the inspection and payment. Unfortunately, I was out of a car for a little over a month, as there was a lot of body damage as well, but they took their time and did it right. When I picked up my car, it was sparkling! It looked almost brand new! The staff was super friendly and explained everything well. I would highly recommend them for any body/glass work!

Great service, great work, competitive prices. We were hearing that the work on our RV might take weeks, these guys got it done in 2 days, and it’s flawless. They worked with us since we were living in it full time, so obviously it was a priority. They helped us figure out what needed to be done to fix the problem, and they didn’t fluff up the work to more than was needed like some other places we’ve been. We worked with Zach and Cesar and both were friendly and professional through every interaction. I drove an hour to get to these guys but I’ll still be using them any time I need work done in the future. Highly recommended.

I took my motorhome in to have the windshield replaced and some minor scratches / scuffs buffed out... The work as well as the customer service was second to none. I would strongly recommend Marengo Auto Body for any of your Body Shop needs.

We took our 5th wheel to them to have the floor replaced in one of the slide outs. They did a great job, communication was great along the way. Even finished it earlier than expected. Would highly recommend.

We used Marengo Auto Body to repair to our Class A motorhome. They did an excellent job replacing the driver's side window assembly, driver's side mirror, and side paint work / finish. Zach at MABG was our hero getting everything completed. I strongly recommend them for RV body work.

These folks are awesome! Pulled in with an issue on my semi and even though was going to be a little more involved to make the repairs, they stabilized the issue so that I could get back on the road. If I lived closer to this area, wouldn’t use anyone else. Very professional.

My truck was involved in a pretty extensive accident. This place was the best body shop I have ever come across. I was paired with Zack who was extremely communicative, answering any questions I had. Can't say enough about Marengo Auto Body. Had a company car quoted for a minor mirror fix, then had a door ding before I brought it in. On top of that needed to get repairs done by Jan 31, 2023....this was Jan 17, 2023. Asked Zach if he could get it scheduled and done Wednesday by the 25th..he said Friday the 27th which would have been great....and they had it done and back to me by the 23rd...Zach went above and beyond as did the entire team...Car looks like new. Definitely will be back...if I need to..you know how kids drive...thanks everyone..

I recently had my MH out there for a paint job. As a result the roof rail caulking had to be redone. The initial job was a sloppy one and caused leakage onto the top of one slide out. Temporarily caulked the missed spots as we were leaving for a trip.
After we were back they took care of it and redid all the caulking plus some extra without further charge.
Zach took care of it without hesitation and they surely will still keep me as a customer!

We left our Tiffin 45 OPP with Marengo Autobody for body repairs while dealing with hurricane IAN at our Ft Myers Beach home. The huge problems dealing with that made it overwhelmingly awesome that Zach Carlson at Marengo was so accommodating. He would send us stuff we needed without hesitation, such as our hotspot (we had no internet). Oh, and they did an awesome job on the repairs too! Just a great experience. Thanks Zach!

Marengo Auto Body is the only place I will take my car for body work. I have been a customer for 15+ years. This week I needed a minor bumper repair. Zach took care of this for me seamlessly, as usual. It’s nice to walk in the door and have people remember and recognize you. Zach is a great asset to your company!

Wow! I had some minor damage on the front bumper of my Outback (license plate, and both the plastic grate and bumper parts), so I went to get it looked at. The receptionist acknowledged me right away and gave me direction immediately, which I appreciate. A man named Steve greeted me and helped me as soon as he was available. Steve was both practical and relational. He assessed the need on my car and provided a solution for it while taking the time to converse with me about non-auto things. Very professional and very personable! Even though the repair was so brief and small, the job done was excellent and efficient. Plus, he didn’t even charge me for the service! What a blessing.

Last month while traveling home from a dog show in Wisconsin in our Canyon Star RV the rubber gasket around the huge bus front windshield some how came off in the lower center part , right between the windshield wipers. We called around for service and we were eventually referred here. Due to having live animals in the rv and being on route to another show it was urgent we be able to get this repaired.
Steve Wallace Jr ( whom I believe is the owner ) and his team were AMAZING!!! From the moment the receptionist picked up the phone through to the end of our experience there, everyone we came in contact with was top notch. Kind, respectful and genuinely wanted to try and help in a time of need. Steve could have easily turned us away or said you have to come back another time for 2 reasons
1. They were very busy (and now we know why!)
2. His “glass guy” wasn’t in the shop that day
INSTEAD…..Steve grabbed a ladder and some tools and climbed up there and assessed and then repaired the issue himself!!!!
In a world filled with so much negative and less than positive experiences in service industries

Not the easiest of times to be servicing RVs but Marengo was very open about parts and timing. Would highly recommend.

MAB is a top notch operation. The front bumper on my SUV was in a fight with a fire hydrant. It lost. Zach and his crew fixed it up, washed the car, and it looks brand new. Paint matches perfectly. I have used them in the past for repainting one of my work trucks. They did a great job then also.

Experts in speciality of Motorcoach repair. My Sportscoach has a complex paint pattern. They matched it perfectly. They also glued a window without charge. They also repaired my Ford Explorer. The Explorer repairs and paint were also flawless. Highly recommended!

Did an outstanding job. Stayed on the timeline and finished date. Worked with my insurance company without a hitch. The owner Steve Jr was a great person to work with. Hope to take my truck in next year for some body work. And possibly have a detailed as I have been told they do an outstanding job on detailing.
