After researching several different mold services, we decided to go with Healthy Home and we are happy we made this decision.

Valerie was easy to talk to, nice, and most importantly honest with her work. She had a great response time with phone calls and emails. She went into great detail about what the results showed after the air quality and mold testing were done. She was overall very helpful through the entire process, referring us to different humidity detector devices to monitor levels in our home, as well as ventilation experts to help get better airflow in our attic in order to prevent mold from coming back in the future.

Both Mike and Jesse were also friendly, helpful, and efficient with our inspection and remediation.

Mike, Jesse and Valerie were incredible to work with throughout our entire mold remediation process. I would highly recommend working with their team. They back their work by science using air quality tests, and return to the property after treating it to ensure it's safe by re-testing (not something that all mold remediation companies do). I am super happy that I decided to call Healthy Home Mold Inspection! Jesse and Mike did an amazing job with doing the air testing and cleaning up/fogging after we found out that we had an elevation. They are very knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions thoroughly. I had been experiencing symptoms from it and since the remediation I’ve been doing much better. Can’t say enough good things about them and I’m grateful they found it and successfully removed it. If you are suspecting a mold issue or experiencing symptoms and can’t figure out why I highly recommend you give them a call for testing. Valerie gave me so much knowledge too on understanding how we got it and how to prevent it. I’m relieved now knowing we have control over not having it come back and the air we are breathing is clean.

Valerie responded quickly to my request to determine if I needed remediation work in the attic space, she worked with me to keep my closing date on track and had Jesse meet at the house within 2 hours. Jesse was on time, and very professional, and explained everything and walked me thru the next steps and when the work could get done and that they would provide the report and warranty that I needed . Val was very professional, thorough and informative. Healthy Home Mold Services performed a mold inspection at my home, which included attic, upper level, ground level, and basement areas.
The inspector, Jesse, was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough when performing the mold inspection. He answered all of my questions and provided information regarding types of mold, conditions and moisture levels that are conducive to forming mold, and other pertinent information.
Valerie followed up with reports via an email that were extremely detailed and thorough. She also took the time to discuss the reports with me via a phone call, and to answer a few follow up questions.
The bottom line is… I highly recommend Healthy Home Mold Services to anyone looking for a mold inspection and next steps for remediation.

Just wrapped up a home visit with inspectors Jesse and Mike and I can't say enough good things about these two young men! It's a little unnerving to think your home is unsafe...we went from room to room together and they explained everything they reviewed, the process of sampling and testing and what remediation would look like if it was necessary. We were so pleased with Healthy Home’s service. I called on a Saturday and they were out Monday morning at 9:00. Mike & Jesse assessed our issues and advised us on how to resolve it. So thankful it’s not going to cost us thousands of dollars. They were very professional, courteous, explained everything thoroughly & even discussed the remedy with my husband on the phone. Greg came out and did our inspection and took his time to explain the mold problem we were having, the source of the moisture in the attic, and offered suggestions on how to fix that. In addition, he thoroughly explained the mold remediation process, the scheduling, and all the other variables. Greg was professional, friendly, easy to get ahold of and always returned calls immediately. We are using Healthy Home to take care of our mold problem in the attic, and encourage anyone who even thinks they may have a mold problem in their home to give Greg at Health Home a call.

they were very professional and gave an honest appraisal of my mold concerns and a extremely fair estimate for it's removal. Their process is unique as it not only removes the mold but goes deep into the wood to kill the spores so it will not come back. Other companies just remove the visible mold and paint over that area so when the paints cracks later you may have the same problem again. They showed up on time completed the job and gave me a 10 year transferable warranty.

Valerie and her team did a great job for me. Got rid of the mold, and the source of the mold. They followed through and visited my house more than once. Jesse did a great job of both inspecting and then remediating the minor mold issue in our attic. He was very personable and flexible to meeting the short timing needed to turn around the job. If there is a next time (I'm not betting on it being needed!) I would ask for him again.

I met Mike during my initial mold inspection done by Valerie. After having met him, I knew that if a mold spore cleaning was necessary that if Mike did it, it would be done right. My impression of him was that he was a person who had care for a job being done fully and accurately. I was very happy when the Pinecrest Community manager said that they were having Mike do the job of cleaning the unit after the mold inspection showed it was needed.

Great company to work with! The inspector we worked with was very knowledgeable and informative of the entire process of getting rid of our mold problem. He crawled down in our dirt crawl space to make sure he got a clear picture of what was going on. Would definitely recommend this company and use them in the future!

Very impressive company. I had a mold inspection done on prospective home purchase. Healthy Home sent out Mike to perform the inspection. Mike was on time and very professional. He went above and beyond answering my questions. The inspection was very thorough. Mike got into every area of the home he could to inspect it. Upon watching him work my wife and I where very confident that the inspection was done properly. Toxic mold was indeed found in high concentrations in the home. What really inpressed me was once the mold was found, Mike expertly explained the remedy, cost, and liklyhood of reccurence. He drafted an comprehensive report outlining his finding backed up by the lab results. This was a big help to us in addressing the purchace of the home. It is getting to be raer to find a company with employees who care so much about what they do. Our experiance with Healthy Home Mold has renewed our faith in that. The office staff and scheduling staff where great, the inspector was great, thier solutions where great, and the support we got from them is great. This is a great company!

We called HHS for an estimate after recent flooding. Anthony was prompt and knowledgeable. He noticed immediately that we had an older mold problem in our basement. Once our estimate was approved, they provided service immediately. They gutted the basement removing every last bit of mold. Corey and the guys were fabulous to say the least. They were responsive and attentive to our needs. They fogged our entire house and promptly Anthony was back out today taking followup air samples. They are all really good guys. Trustworthy, fairly priced and competent. If you have water in your basement or suspect even a minor mold problem, these are the guys to call. Thank you Anthony and crew.

We had a leak that created a bit of mold in our exterior wall. Healthy Home Mold Services came out right away and took care of it. Cory, our remediation technician was awesome. He was there on time each time he came out. His knowledge and follow up was great. When you find mold it can be scary and seem somewhat overwhelming. Cory and Valerie made the process smooth and worry free. I would highly recommend them.
