Steve is diligent, conscientious, responsive, responsible, and really cares about the work. He’s also very friendly and if a job is difficult he never gives up until it’s done perfectly. What more can anyone ask for? My wife and I highly recommend him.

As a property manager for a building in Santa Monica, I can't say enough good things about the team at Mardena Construction. After a major water damage incident that affected over 30 units, they stepped in and handled the entire build-back process with professionalism and expertise. Pete, Steve, Juan, Xanthe—everyone on their team was outstanding from start to finish.
