They quickly identified the damage, tarped off all areas, set up fans and reduced any long term damage that this might have caused. He then installed new flooring, and identified that our toilets were leaking as well and installed new ones.

406 services came to the rescue when our whole dryer supply vent and pipe was all of a sudden broken. Nate was thorough, detail oriented + very professional to take care of the situation. Nate replaced our 50 gallon water heater plus expansion tank, he did a great job. The new unit wasn’t exactly same dimensions as old, so he had to adjust the piping elements to accomodate. He was able to remove old unit and worked flexibly around our schedule.
