Julie is amazing!! I was reffered to Lost River Roofing from another contractor and I am SO HAPPY I called. It was an easy fix on a newer home that the builder just missed or cut corners on. Julie was up-front on the cost, gave me a written quote and scheduled me for an appointment to replace the part. She had an earlier opening and was able to complete everything ahead of schedule. What an awesome team to work with! Our century old house with three layers of old shingles was no easy task. Julie gave an honest assessment of how long we could continue nursing the existing roof along versus removing all layers and starting over. The team took care to ensure the roof was weather proof at the end of each day which was appreciated due to the daily snow flurries. The team spent time each day cleaning up the work area and hauling away debris.

Julie went above and beyond while working with us, she was always professional, and fun to work with too! It was so refreshing to work with a contractor who took the time to communicate well, and who kept the project on schedule (even when unrelated circumstances threatened the timeline). Julie and her team at Lost River Roofing are truly AMAZING!

This is an overdue review! In March, we contacted Lost River Roofing as our office pod as the roof had a leak. Julie was quick to respond and exceeded our expectations. Even though the appointment to get the roof fixed was a week out, she offered to come over and start the job to ensure we had protection from the upcoming rain. Julie cares about her clients, which is rare in this industry. I would hire her and her team again in a heartbeat. We were very happy with the process, the professionalism, the price, and the finished product.

Lost River came out when they said. They were fast and efficient and very easy to work with. I highly recommend them. Julie runs a very efficient and caring operation. They just came out for their year checkup as a follow up on their work and to answer any questions that may have come up over time. Julie also sent out an electronic book of pictures of when they did the work and how it looks now. Very nice. I will refer if I have the opportunity.

I met a couple roofing contractors and got bids from them for tear off / new shingle. It wasnt until I talked with Julie and James (Lost River Roofing) that I felt confident in a roofing company that could do the job right.They pointed out that I didnt have enough roof vents and recommend a ridge cap that looks great. They looked for anything that may cause issues and fixed it. They came in and not only did a fantastic job but exceed my expectations. I can not say enough how pleased I am with the outstanding job they did. They did an awesome job of clean up after also. My nieghbors. were even impressed and wished they had their roofs done by Lost River. I have no problem recommending or giving Lost River five stars.
