Magano Plumbing came out to our house on a late service call and replaced our leaking disposal. It was very quick and easy with them. The plumber was very polite and clean.

Very happy with my experience. Julian took the time to explain what he found and was very patient with me. I appreciate it, would recommend Mangano Plumbing!

Curt came Out and explained everything he was going to do and showed me my options. He went over and above and fixed the problem when I called other plumbers they want to charge me four times and unnecessary work that I needed. Curt was respectful And also did other things to make sure the situation did not happen again

Dealing with a clogged toilet is never fun, but Mangano Plumbing Sewer & Drain made a tough situation much better. From the moment I called, the office staff were so pleasant and easy to talk to. They answered all my questions and made scheduling a breeze.

The real highlight, though, was the plumber, Nolande Norris. He arrived exactly on time, which I always appreciate. Right away, he was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. He listened carefully as I explained the toilet issue. Nolande didn't just guess; he took the time to inspect everything thoroughly. He clearly knew exactly what he was doing and was determined to get our toilet working perfectly again. He worked with a lot of care to fix the problem.

Beyond just fixing it, I was so impressed with how tidy he was. He went out of his way to keep his work area spotless, which is a big deal when you're dealing with plumbing! It really shows that he respects your home and takes his job seriously. Nolande Norris is an outstanding worker for Mangano Plumbing, and he truly went above and beyond. Nolande and Shoshonee were a pleasure to work with - my issue was diagnosed quickly and although it was a pretty major problem, they immediately got to work and had me up and running in no time. The only negative was the cost - it was a lot more than expected, and the office wouldn’t work with me on the payment options - but other than that I was very satisfied.

Nolande Norris serviced my house on two occasions. He checked all the gas lines to make sure it was safe to turn the gas back on after a fire and he replaced a faulty regulator. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and polite, and he patiently explained everything he needed to do to help me understand. He was a pleasure to do business with and I would definitely call him again if needed. Thank you Nolande!

Our hose bib broke off the side of our house and so we had to shut the water off for our whole home. I called 5 other plumbing companies who either didn’t answer, were WAY over priced, or were just rude. Then I called Mangano Plumbing, they were incredibly nice to speak with from the beginning over the phone and were able to help quickly! They even provide free estimates, while other companies charge just to send someone out and give you a quote! Julian our technician was absolutely amazing! Extremely friendly and very knowledgeable, I’m so glad he was sent to repair our issue! I will now ONLY use this company for any for any future plumbing services! A+ service!

Great professional, quick service, great Job. The only issue i had is with cost, for $500,00 job that took about 45 minutes i would expect the credit card surcharge could have been included in the price or at least an advisory before hand.

The true gem with this company is definitely NOLANDE NORRIS, the plumber they sent to handle my service call. He arrived on time and from the beginning of his visit until the end he was extremely professional, polite and showed true concern about our issue. He displayed a willingness to do whatever it took to find a solution to my problem. Maybe his greatest attribute was his meticulous attention to detail and the way he went above and beyond to keep his work space clean. It is very rare that you come across individuals today that take the pride in their work that Mr. Norris does and I applaud him for it. I was given an estimate of any costs involved prior to beginning the work. Once work began he communicated with me throughout the entire process explaining what he was doing and what he was finding along the way.
I have had no less than four different plumbers/plumbing companies out to try and resolve this issue and this is the first person who has come through for us!

JULIAN was great . He explained everything to me and my options. He was able to fix my problem with no hot water quickly

He was quick to find the leak and make the repairs! Unbelievable! We’ve had 2 different engineers out here and both said the leak was from the roof!!! All this time and all this damage. Only after having no rain but still leaking water did we find out it was from a pipe in the attic.

They were fast. Came in less than an hour of calling. Was able to locate and repair the leak in less than 1.5 hours! The best! Would call again and definitely recommend!

Jon Mangano is the kind of guy you want in your corner when the pipes go sideways. I sent him a referral—my own mother—and he showed up, diagnosed the issue with her dishwasher and kitchen sink, and had everything running smooth like it was no big deal. Kevin's initial service call was very quick when a leak in the bathroom was found by workers putting in new flooring. He found the leak right away from the toilet. Kevin had to come back to reset two toilets, after the workers finished putting down the new floors and both toilets removed. He showed up on time to reset the toilets. He was very professional, did the job quickly and had an amiable manner. I was very pleased with his work.

I called Mangano Plumbing for a kitchen faucet replacement and they were even more prompt and efficient than I had hoped, based on their excellent reviews and recommendations. Kevin was the plumber who came to do my work and he thoroughly explained the work, the cost, and a few options that I had. The work area was totally cleaned up before Kevin left and he was a pleasure to work with! I feel like Mangano plumbing is a very professional, efficient, and trustworthy company.

We had Managano Plumbing out on 12/19/2024 to look at a valve on a commercial toilet. They charged me $625.00 to "replace internals" using a Sloan rebuild kit.

It was still flushing weakly, but I thought it was just low water pressure, but was advised that the water was turned all the way on.

I contacted Managano Plumbing March to explain the situation and asked them to come back out to give them an opportunity to correct the issue. I admit that some time had gone by, but with the holidays, cleaning up from a hurricane, etc., this wasn't my highest priority.

When John came out, he immediately told me it was calcium build up in the water holes around the rim and that I needed an entire new toilet. That made zero sense to me, as the toilet had been flushing fine with excellent water pressure until the valve went bad. He completely dismissed the idea that the valve might still be bad. He didn't even look at the valve to see if perhaps they had made an installation mistake.

I called Integrity plumbing, who came out, changed the entire valve with another rebuild kit for $405 and the toilet works beautifully!

I reached back out to Managano, requesting a refund or at least a partial credit. I was told the warranty was over and since we brought in another plumber, after giving them the opportunity to correct the situation, we were out of luck.

We do business with many vendors in the area, and I believe that most, if not all, would tell you that I treat them fairly and expect the same. We were not treated fairly by Managano Plumbing and I will never recommend them and will advise others to stay away.

He had no problem wearing a mask (husband had lung transplant so that's very important to us) and when it required an extra step that a different plumber wanted to charge for, he didn't raise the price he had already quoted us, which was cheaper than the rooter to begin with.

We had a great experience with Kevin , he was prompt and professional. Kevin was able to diagnose the issue quickly and explained everything in clear and understandable terms . I would highly recommend him .
