DON'T HIRE THESE GUYS and if you do hire another professional to check the work. Most of the reviews on this site are there employees and they don't know two things about construction there dad lives out of his van at there jobsites. They charge twice of other company's for hack work stay away you will be glad you did!

VERY POOR SERVICE/NO SERVICE:

SUMMARY:
* Confirmed move date/time with "Alex" from Management Home Consulting (MHC) - two days before move
* Start-time was @ 9:30am ET
* Confirmed address prior
* Upon time that service was to be performed - no one showed up
* Later appointment in the day was scheduled 2:30pm and AGAIN, no one showed up - WORST was that NOW all my calls went to voicemail

DETAILS:
I spoke with someone named Alex at this company and was told that a "Mike" was leading the 2-person crew. I had 3 friends with me for a total of 4 folks. The paid help was to help us accelerate our move time and to handle moving a 300 LB safe.

Since we got a later than expected start - didn't make a big deal to me that they were late. But upon calling at 11am when we were done loading the truck, I was told that the crew was fired and that a new crew was going to be available to help at 2:30pm. My friends and I decided to have a quick lunch and get started moving after that and leave the safe for last so the movers could help with this.

I called Alex at MHC and now my phone calls were going straight to voicemail. This is the insult to injury that has me writing this poor review. In-short I know that these folks can just change their name and start a new "moving" company. But UHAUL needs NOT to have this firm as a recommend provider of moving help, this was the reason I chose them.

IN SHORT - DON'T USE THIS FIRM, YOU 1) CAN'T COUNT ON THEM 2) THEY LIE TO YOU ON RE-BOOKING TIME

These guys were great. I had to change my reservation 3 or 4 times and they were always pleasant and professional. The movers worked on Sunday and were pleasant, efficient, and professional. They made a stressful time easier. I would definitely recommend without hesitation!

Both Mike & Mike were awesome, professional, and fast. I had the biggest uhaul trailer you can get and it was filled floor to ceiling... they unloaded it gracefully and mindfully in about 2 hours. They even followed me to the uhaul drop off after we were done to make sure I was able to get my trailer disconnected. I will definitely use their assitance for my next move!

We have used MHC LLC for a number of projects in the last year and plan to use them for several upcoming projects. They have executed several painting projects for us (outside work to this point, but we will be using them for inside painting work as well), as well as some carpentry work on the outside of our house. They are extremely professional, do great work, are very mindful of always keeping the work place clean and organized and always arrive for work when they indicate they will be here. Just had them do a small hauling project for us and they were here on time, did the work quickly and left the place spotless.

For anyone in the greater Burlington, VT area looking for fast, reliable, cost-competitive contractors for painting, light to moderate carpentry projects - indoor or outdoor work, I would highly recommend MHC LLC for the job. Their first project with us resulted in great work, on time and well within budget and thus we plan to use them for several additional indoor projects. Book them while you can as, based on feedback I have received, their calendar is fast filling up! And they are expanding their crew, due to the demand for their work, with additional competent staff who know and understand the needs of the clients' projects.

When one is lucky enough to find good workers for a variety of home projects - Workers who are hard-working, knowledgable and always deliver on what they say they are going to, he/she should jump on the opportunity. MHC LLC is just such an opportunity! We couldn't be happier with the services they have provided us and are confident anyone enlisting their services will draw the same conclusion!
