Maloney Roofing and Renovations

I was lucky enough to have a neighbor that had Maloney Roofing & Renovations do her garage roof, so while they were there, I asked if he could give me a price on doing my house and garage.

Joe Maloney of Maloney Roofing & Renovations came over, gave me a price, not only was I very happy with the price I was given, but Joe and his crew were able to do my job a week later. They got here at approximately eight in the morning and they were done before 6 PM. It was the house which has an added back room on it and the garage. They stripped everything, papered and put the moisture block on and shingled both the house and garage, in that 10 hours. They covered my air conditioner, generator, bushes and porch so that debris would not get into them. I have an awning over my front door that they threw the old shingles by hand so that the awning would not be damaged.
The cleanup was perfect. There wasn’t a spot that I can say was left undone!
My opinion is that if you need a roofing company I would highly recommend Maloney Roofing and Renovations! 5 Star Job from a 5 Star Company!
