Thanks for responding to the review I left. If only you responded to my emails/phone calls as fast as you did this review I wouldn’t have to leave a review to get your attention. But since you want to post here instead of answering my calls and emails. Make sure you get the facts straight. The insurance company didn’t approve the whole roof so $19K was never in question. They only wanted to repair the part of the roof because I did a claim for the other side a few years prior. They didn’t ask for any proof of what was done because I have a copy of the check I wrote you. You only came out and put a tarp on the roof. You were working with USAA to try and get the whole roof done. You never came back to me. Those are the real facts. Make sure you have the correct client before you go and respond with incorrect facts. We can continue this offline. If you pick up the phone and/or answer my emails. I have copies of ever communication we had with each other.

They came out did an inspection put a tarp on roof for leakage. Went thru my homeowners paid them $3000 and they haven’t done anything or responded back. I sent them several emails and called several times and I have not heard from them. I requested my money back and I still haven’t heard from them. It has been over a year. I can’t make another claim until this issue is resolved. At this point I feel like they are playing with me and now they are playing with my money. I just want my money back since no work was ever started. And yes I have proof of giving them the money. I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau as well.

They got me approved through my homeowners insurance and did an excellent job on installing my roof. I actually referred them to all of my family and friends…

This review is for customer service ONLY not a service provided. I never got that far. Called to schedule siding estimate. The lady who answered was polite/helpful. 30 minutes prior to scheduled appt., I received a call from Kenny who asked what type of job I had. I repeated info given to receptionist. He said "okay, I can schedule a time to come out." I asked is no one is showing up for my appt. that day; he responded no he doesn't do morning appointments. Reset for an evening later in week. He showed up on time, took a quick look and started asking about my insurance company and trying to get them to pay if we can say I have hail damage. This is not what I needed but to on I told him it was Allstate. He said that's a problem they won't pay. Apparently this made me not a worthwhile customer. He said okay we will send you a quote tomorrow without hearing anything specific from me about what I wanted. I asked did he need to know what siding I was choosing to make the quote accurate. He responded they are all pretty much the same. One week later, no quote, no contact. Complete waste of my time.

***UPDATE*** heard from the sales rep 14 days later w/reason for delayed contact provided. To be fair, star rating has been updated to reflect experience from call through day if appt. only.

Damika was on top of things, dealing with me and the insurance company. Customer service is very important to me and I was comfortable dealing with her. She put my mind at ease when I had questions and I recommend that anyone who want to get their roof done give her a call.

My salesperson, DaMika was prompt and professional. She kept us informed throughout the entire process and was eager to answer all of our questions. She worked tirelessly with our homeowner's insurance company to make sure they completely covered all of the damages to the roof and interior areas of our home. Their team did an excellent job of replacing our entire roof, all of the gutters, shutters and repairing the areas where water was leaking from our ceilings. They were fast finishing everything in two days. I will recommend this company and my salesperson to all of our family, friends and anyone looking for pristine, reliable FULL CONCIERGE SERVICE from beginning to the end. They handle everything for us. Our neighbors constantly compliment us on how great our house looks. PHENOMENAL JOB!!!

They were great to work with on time fast and friendly service would recommend them to anyone who would wanted to do their roof Gutter and any other service they offer.

Pastor Eddie Dubose was very professional and was easy to talk to. He explained every detail and answered any questions I had. He even called to let me know what stages my request was going. Had a great experience getting my roof replaced. Malloy took care of everything including Interaction with our insurance. The roof crew did a great job, was in and out within hours, left the job site immaculately clean. They went the extra mile to make me a satisfied customer. (Price was very good as well).

David and Darian were professional, responsive, and sensitive to my schedule and requests. David, the owner, was at my home every day that work was being performed, instructing his crew and doing multiple quality checks throughout the process. My home looks better than it did before the storm damage - they not only repaired the damage, they went above and beyond and improved the appearance of my home with high quality workmanship. They did a wonderful job on our roof claim. Got us approved and made sure the insurance company paid for it. Very professional and will call almost everyday during the process. Good but maybe too informing while working on the getting you a new roof.
