Alex and his team did excellent work on our home. They completely replaced our old damaged roof and refreshed some siding. After taking photos of the old roof and other areas, Alex collaborated closely with us in deciding exactly the type and style of shingle we preferred. He assisted us in making an insurance claim for storm damage. The actual work was accomplished in less than a week. We found him accommodating and easy to work with. The team are skilled and respectful of your property, and thoroughly clear all debris before completing the work. Costs are fair and reasonable. Highly recommended!

Since my roof was 25 years old I thought it was time to have it inspected and replaced if necessary. Alonzo came out and was able to tell me that due to the age of my roof and some lifting that he saw, I did need to have the roof replaced. He explained in detail why I needed to have the roof replaced and what materials and work would be included in the job. Once my roof was replaced, the workers removed all of the debris and thoroughly cleaned up to area so that it would be free of any nails that had fallen in the yard.

Jet Renovation did a phenomenal job installing a new roof on my home. I wanted to make sure I got a good roofing company that could replace my 85 year old slate roof with a new shingle roof. Jet Renvation did not disappoint. The crew was professional, and highly skilled in all aspects of the job. They were on time every day, and completed my job before moving on to their next customer. I was so pleased with this company that I contracted additional work for them to do such as adding new gutters, replacing all damaged wood trim and sealing old leaking windows. We worked with Jet Renovation in 2019 to extend the life of our existing roof, and were very happy with the outcome. We worked with them again last month to replace our roof, and were again extremely pleased with the quality of the work and professionalism. A couple of weeks later, a water issue occurred from our neighbor’s roof, and Alonzo was extraordinarily responsive, helpful, and enabled us to solve the problem in cooperation with our neighbor. Alonzo & his team are AMAZING!!

I had severe wind damage that resulted in siding on one side of my home to either fall off or begin to peel off. Alonzo worked with my homeowners insurance. He provided them all the documentation they needed to approve my repair.

On the day of my repair, I had an older family member at my home because I had to work. Alonzo's team arrived on time and was nice to my family member even when she "checked" on them a few times. When I arrived home after work, the team was wrapping up. I was SHOCKED how close they were able to match the color of my new siding with the rest of my home. I was so grateful the team took the time to make sure every nail was picked up by using a magnetic apparatus. The side of my home they repaired is above my flower garden. I didn't have to worry about nails sticking me when I put down mulch recently and when it is time for me to use my lawnmower to cut my grass.

As a female homeowner, I unfortunately encounter contractors that are rude or try to quote me a higher price. This was not the case at all with Jet Renovation. I felt and was fully respected.

We contacted Jet when we saw them doing some major work in our neighborhood. We had a fairly small job with some challenges due to the height and pitch of the roof. Several companies turned down and two others gave quite expensive estimates. Alonzo from Jet came out and gave a very reasonable estimate. He was thoroughly professional and Jet was very responsive and transparent. When the work got under way he discover he wouldn't need to replace a trim piece. He told me right away and deducted it from the bill. I give Alonzo and Jet a wholehearted recommendation.

I was blessed to work with Alonzo, who provided me with a competitive estimate and an honest assessment…thankfully, I did NOT need my entire roof replaced. Due to Alonzo’s professionalism, integrity and knowledge, I chose Jet Renovations to repair my flat roof. The Jet Renovations team provided quality material and workmanship and I was extremely pleased with the results.

Jet renovations has done an exceptional job with my siding replacement. They matched the color of the siding of my home and moved quickly and efficiently throughout the process. Karen has been amazing to work with and I will use them in future projects.

We were a little nervous about going with this group for our garage roof repair and deck addition, since they weren't listed on Consumer Checkbook — our go-to source for researching vendors — and their bid was lower than another group that seemed very good. But we couldn't be happier with the results. They rebuilt a flat roof and added a trex deck and railing, and we love it. They were great to work with, and coordinated their schedule with another vendor who replaced the sliding door out to the roof. Their pricing is competitive, they're really easy to work with, and the results are great. Highly recommended.

Jet Renovation came to fix a leaky copper roof and was able to remove roofing shingles, install a new roof to replace the copper and leave the work area for the most part clean. I would recommend Jet Renovation to anyone who has a roofing project. They also are very responsive and cost effective.

My husband & I couldn’t be happier with the professional & quality service we received from our entire Jet Renovation crew on work we contracted with them to complete on our newly purchased historic 1890 brownstone townhome in Dupont Circle. Our project was extensive: a full replacement of the original slate shingles on our round turret and flat mansard roof; replacement of all copper gutters, downspouts and finial; as well as a full exterior prep and paint job of sheet metal cornice, wood trim and brick. The result of their hard work is stunning; truly returning our newly purchased historical home to its original glory! Jet Renovation was the only company after 2 months searching agreed to replace the siding for my home at a reasonable price and matching color. They came out right away and gave me an estimate for the replacement of a piece of fascia that had blown off due to high winds. 2 other companies didn't even respond and another one priced the job at double the cost that Jet gave. Jet had the best price, showed up on time, and did an excellent job. Adan, was courteous, thorough and even cleaned the gutter over my garage that was totally clogged. We hired Jet Renovation to renovate a bathroom, primarily to remove the tub and install a walk-in shower. JR did a beautiful job. Our bathroom is gorgeous. Not only were the workers courteous of our apartment's surroundings and to us, but they were also meticulous and thoughtful about the myriad decisions that had to be made, from selecting type of tile and colors, etc. I am pleased to recommend JR wholeheartedly.

Let me put it this way. Out of dozens of subcontractors that worked on our property during a recent $4M renovation, Jet Renovation is the only one I have kept using by choice. Alex Golonovskiy is a thoughtful, innovative problem solver who believes in quality work and who runs a tight ship with high crew morale. He has attracted some great people, and I've been pleased to work with him -- now, even for personal jobs as well as jobs related to my work.

I did a Google search for roofing companies and found Jet Renovation. When Alonso came out, he told me he had done work in my neighborhood. I had gotten quotes from two other companies. The first one was definitely an option, but they didn't do metal replacement and I needed that done on the side of my house. The second company was just too ridiculously high. They were going to charge $3,000 for the metal replacement when I got it for a 1/3 of the cost from Jet. The material was delivered a day before the work so on the day the roof was to be completely replaced, everything was set up for the workers. They arrived on time at 7 AM and was done with my roof and clean up 11:30. I also got a solar fan installed to try to keep my crawl space cool in the summer. I'll see how that works. The next day the workers arrived early to replace the metal piece and three pieces of siding. All work was done professionally. There was always someone available to answer my questions whenever I called. I would highly recommend this company.

I worked with Alonzo from Jet Renovations after a great referral from my close friends. He came right on schedule and did a great job explaining potential issue. Unfortunately his team got stuck in another job on the day they were supposed to come, but they arrived promptly the very next day as promised. Even though Alonzo didn't have to, he covered the expense of the repair since they did not arrive the previous day. Alonzo was very responsive and professional. In addition to my roof repair, I needed to have the steps to my deck repairs. The work was completed to my satisfaction. Cost was very reasonable.

I have used Jet Renovation for roofing repair and gutter work. They are very professional, courteous, and stand by their workmanship. Any leaks that we've had are completely sealed along with gutters that have been reinforced and cleaned for maximum use. In addition, Jet Renovation replaced a gutter on the back deck area that was leaking badly. No problems since the replacement. Alonzo is a great representative for the company and always puts the customers interest as a priority. The experience is genuine and easygoing. I'm quite sure I'll be using them for other work (e.g. siding) when we get to that point. Please use their business. It will be a rewarding experience.

Of the 3 roofers who gave me estimates, Jet was the only one to suggest that the damage might be covered by my insurance policy-- I would not have thought of that, but sure enough, insurance paid for my new roof! ...
