Ray Johnson was easy to deal with and very responsive. I have a small roof leak that's impossible to pinpoint precisely. Ray talked me through it, prioritized the possibilities, and came up with simple, doable solutions, avoiding a big bill for me and hitting on a possible source that other roofers have overlooked.

Raymond was incredibly prompt and informative. He offered to come take a look at my leaking rooftop terrace same-day. Upon review he informed me that the leak was caused by improper caulking and gave me great advice on how to fix the issue myself. I greatly appreciate his honesty and integrity in not attempting to upsell me on repair work that is not strictly necessary. I highly recommend him and he will be my first point of contact if I ever encounter issues in the future.

I've known Ray since the early 2000s he's done appropriately 10 +/- roofs for me. Great pricing. Expeditious response always. Stands behind his work 100%. No leaks. Quality long lasting flat roofs. Look nowhere else. Great company Great guy.!!!

I had an electrical business in Maryland before I moved. Flat roof experts was the only company that came out exactly on time when they said they would, and gave me a fair, honest quote. Really any more these days it seems like they send a drone to take a look at your roof and some kid that knows nothing about roofs will come over and give you an outrageous more than double estimate. Not these guys they’re old school they do things correctly and they will work with you. Raymond was so nice and knowledgeable. He just made me feel so comfortable and at the end I was just as happy as I figured I would be.

They didn't even bother to tell me a reason why they wouldn't be able to work on my project and said no and hung up. Maybe the guy who picked up the phone had a bad day but it seems very unproffesional when someone answers the phone like that to someone who wants to make business with you.
