Timely, effective, and excellent client service Kyle was excellent; before beginning the work, he evaluated and thoroughly explained everything. He provided excellent recommendations and left no surprises. He wasn't acting like a salesperson, and I appreciated his sincere candor about the job and the suggestions that some roof replacement and repair were necessary. We had an excellent experience with this roof repair service from start to finish! Leonard, the project manager, didn't try to pressure us into upgrades or add-ons that we didn't think were essential. The experts that carried out the Replacement were excellent and very considerate of our dogs. I cannot express how impressed I am with Zachary, the Malfrooz Roof Repairing of Roof and Replacement Service of NY, for his efficiency and civility. They most certainly merit a perfect score of ten out of ten!
