As an Architect I have to admit that, this construction team is right on time, budget and the quality. I called Angel and he replaced my concrete driveway in just one day. Thanks for working late afternoon. Malan Construction used all the equipment needed to perform the work and Cleaned the work area.
Adding: Angel came back next day to watering the concrete and found that my water hose is broken. He purchased the tap and fixed the hose. Thank you very much.

I recently engaged Malan GC Corp to redo my deck. I explained to Angel what I wanted to get done and we decided on a price.
Angel and his crew showed up early next morning with the necessary materials.
After taking the deck apart he realised that more materials were required ,which he readily supplied at no extra cost!!
Angel and his crew were professional through out the process ….. they listened to my concerns and suggestions and acted on them.
I am a longtime homeowner and have had many home improvements done but I never encountered anyone as honest, understanding and detailed -oriented as Angel. He oversaw the job as if it was being done for !!
The cleanup process was immaculate!!
The Malan team surpassed my expectations - they did all that I wanted plus more!!

Malan general construction is very reliable, clean and efficient with all the work he has done for me. In 2024, he replaced my roof along with my semi attached neighbor in three days. I hired him to do some painting, install four doors and installed new carpet on steps along with railway and post. The paint job was above my expectations. I’m looking forward to do more work in the nearby future. I want to thank all his employees who came and worked all day to make my home beautiful.

Hired the Malan team to do my outdoor stairs and paint my fence. The provided me with a quote broken out in detail quickly and professionally through a link. Ended up completing the work within a few days and I was impressed with how well it turned out. Definitely plan on calling them on future projects as well!

I originally called them to work on refinishing my roof and after seeing the quality work done, I asked if they can also work on my interior remodeling. They replaced my outdoor window shutters for my home and did some painting outside of the house. They did a great job. They are very meticulous professionals, detailed and work fast and neat… I was so very happy with the work that they. I called them back and now they are working in my bathroom.

I've used Malan Construction for a few years now. Have done 8 or 9 substantial projects on my 2-family house. Excellent craftsmanship and loads of integrity. I literally will not allow any other contractor to do work for me! I've had some terrible experiences with others. Not Malan. I strongly recommend them to all my friends and family.

As a single female homeowner, I have experienced a few contractors before Malan. It is such an ease on my mind to now have a honest and qualified contractor. The quality of work is exceptional! Carlos, the general contractor is accommodating and clearly explains what should be done and personally manages all projects.

I highly recommended Carlo and his crew I just got new windows put on and the work was amazing both inside and out…they are very carful with keeping the mess to a minimal and the walls came out perfect and so did the color to match my living room..They are the best for interior and exterior work.

Excellent job done at my house. Company had at least three jobs and finished in a timely fashion sometimes even earlier than needed. Company paid attention to detail when building and also fixed some smaller items around the house. Free of charge. Workers are great focus and always clean up when completed. I would recommend them to all my neighbors.

I am beyond happy with the results of both, especially my complete bathroom remodel. They go above and beyond to ensure your wants and needs are met. Used them for bathroom renovation, including new flooring, medicine cabinet, sink with vanity and toilet. The work is extremely professional, done extremely well and attentive to client requests. They tore down and re-built part of my roof and they did an excellent and professional job. The new roof is of better quality than the original roof, regarding craftsmanship and insulation.
