Called to place an order for our client, not completely sure what all we needed, so I gave the measurements to the salesman and he walked me through the entire order. Excellent customer service. Today I stopped at majestic metals for the second time. I still couldn't get in touch with the salesman Brad who had told me over the phone "I'll be here". If you live in MS, please save yourself a lot of hassle and time and go to Arkansas to purchase your metal building, I will be and I only live 20 minutes from this place.

First and last time I'll ever do business there. Just waited in a line for over an hour and still wasn't able to get my order. Whole line of trucks and only 2 orders loaded that whole time. Now my job is delayed over the weekend because of this. Absurd.
