Maintenance Man

I bought a home built in 1975 in Vancouver in 2022. Since then I have had Ray Davis with Maintenance Man work for me regularly. He and his crews have cleaned my gutters, roof, patio overhang and all windows multiple times. He has installed 4 new toilets, 2 new faucets, a new bath vanity and associated plumbing. Ray has pressure washed the house and power scrubbed the driveway. He has trimmed trees, ground out large stumps and removed blackberries. Ray and his crews are quick, efficient , affordable and personable too! All around a 5 star rating from me.

Ray is our go to guy for projects. He’s quick and reliable and always a fair price. We’ve used Ray for repairs for our home and new builds for our business. We won’t use anyone else. He’s got our business for life.

Ray has done a number of small jobs for me such as adding shelving to a closet. He also has repaired a neighbors water damaged ceiling as well as trimming trees and shrubs in our HOA. He is very reliable. He shows up as scheduled and does an excellent job. He is also honest. If he feels that he isn't qualified to do the job, he will tell you that. I would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting a well rounded handyman.

The windstorm destroyed six attic vent covers on my roof. I called Ray and he come over that night in the rain to look it over. The next day he returned with new covers and climbed up and replaced the broken covers, keeping the rain out of my attic and from further damage. He is always fair in his pricing and we have used him for many projects at our home. You'll be hard pressed to find a better handyman than Ray, our Maintenance Man.

Ray has done a variety of maintenance jobs for us. He suggests knowledgeable solutions for work needing to be done. He comes when he says he will be there or calls and lets you know if there is going to be a delay. He is though and professional in his work. I highly recommend Ray.
