We hired Robert and his team to replace the 28 year old siding on our house. These 3 men did an amazing job transforming the exterior of our home. Every aspect of the job is above expectations. They removed old siding and repaired any structural issues behind the walls before adding exterior board, Tyvex wrap and Hardie board.The detail work at the windows, soffits, and edging is perfect. Robert is by far the best contractor we have ever hired. He is easy to work with, does not rush the job and takes pride in his work. Highest recommendation!

I called many companies to get an quote for a siding repair and Robert was the first company that did not use salespeople to pitch the project. Very impressed that the company owner came out to give me a quote and was able to answer any and all questions about the project. He provided a great price and delivered an end result that was even better. I highly recommend Robert and his company.

Robert and his crew did an amazing job replacing the siding and gutters on our home. They were on time, professional, on budget and I cannot find one single flaw in the work they did for us. They also did my son's house and my Mother in Law's home in Richardson. Same response from them. I would definitely recommend Robert and his crew for anything on your house.

The Maintenance Free Exteriors team completely transformed the exterior of my house and has dramatically changed the curb appeal of my home! They replaced all the siding, windows, and doors of my house. I can not be more happy with the process from start to finish. Highly recommend this company to all!

I contacted Robert expecting just a simple siding repair but I am amazed at the work they have done on my home. The Maintenance Free Exteriors crew replaced all of the siding on my home along with installing new windows on the lower level. Robert was present every step of the process and helped explain everything to me in layman's terms which was pleasantly different from the construction jargon I have received from companies in the past. In addition, Robert suggested a new back patio door to accentuate the new siding and windows and I am in awe at the transformation of my home. This company was hands down the most professional contractor and crew I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I will definitely be contacting them again for future projects and would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

As a working mom finding time to get a bid is a bit of a challenge. I read the reviews of this company on home advisor and called multiples times to set up appointments. The first one they didn't ever show up, I gave them 45 minutes then called and spoke to a man who said he was going to look into it and call me back. I never received a call back. Trying to be understanding I called back a few days later and the owner of the company answered. He apologized and said he was personally going to come out to give us an estimate. After taking off work another day for the appointment, another employee calls me two hours before the appointment to cancel. I have not heard from them since. Wish I was able to leave a review on their work but I just haven't been able to get them to show up to the appointments they set.
