Richard with Magic Wand Pros did a great job again power washing our entire home and detached garage. We have been using him for years and every time we are very happy with the results. He's always on time, communicates very well, and does quality work. I would highly recommend for any outdoor job you need done in Western Loudoun!

Richard is a great dude and a fellow veteran, when he arrived, he explained the whole process, pointed out the areas that even I didn’t see that needed to be cleaned and how he would clean them and also how long it would take. When he said “probably an hour or so” I was skeptical, but then he finished and I did an inspection, amazing work, no sign of the mildew grossness that I saw previously… recommended for promptness and quality work!!!

We were looking to get mold off the north facing side of the house and cleaning of the porch. Wasn't expecting to have the heavy iron deposits removed or some of the other stains but all are now gone. Wife is very happy. :)

They did an excellent job on window washing and power washing. They were prompt, very neat and cleaned up their work area. I would definitely use them again.

I requested a quote to have my windows cleaned on October 9 and received a quote from Richard Adams to perform a house wash, $416 and window cleaning, $288. I requested a revision to remove the house cleaning. The revised quote to do the windows was $468. Really! I gave a detailed list of my glass surfaces (windows and doors) and told Richard that my windows and doors had no mullions. I received a response indicating that my "requested changes have been received." I have heard nothing despite two follow up attempts on my part
