MVR basically rebuilt my basement.
It flooded this winter and MVR took care of it.
Every employee or associate of Magic Valley Restoration that came to my house was professional knowledgeable, personable, and respectful. They came in, knew their job and did it with the upmost respect to My Wife who works at home. I would recommend them every single day to anybody.

I wasn't sure which restoration company to choose when I found water dripping from our ceilings in multiple rooms of our house. I found Magic Valley Restoration to be the most recommended online and decided to choose them. I am so glad I did!
Tanner originally came out to assess everything and knew that John would need to take a look too. John was so professional and gave me a rundown of what to expect. Tanner was super great at communicating with me throughout the entire process. He kept me updated on the progress of our home and answered all of my many questions.
The crew helped move boxes, my couches, and our beds out of the home into a storage pod before getting started. I was super grateful for their help since I physically am not supposed to lift heavy items. When they were finished restoring everything they helped move it back into my home. They even allowed my son to "help" by giving him small items he could carry. Everyone I talked to, either in person or on the phone from this company, treated me with respect and kindness during a stressful situation.

They were awesome had a hose bib burst. I was concerned with water damage. They came out quickly. Will be using again.

I am so glad we chose to go with MVR, I recommend them for any home project or restoration service. The second I spoke with John, the owner, I knew we were in safe hands! Other companies acted like the mold wasn't an issue, another company made us believe that the entire house was ruined and everything would have to be redone. John, you could tell he was thorough and honest.
Day one the whole team came in and John laid out the game plan with the crew and myself. Right then and there they started demo.
Tanner was the project manager and made sure to let me know what was going on day to day. He was great and handled all my crazy questions and concerns.
The girls that did all the prep work for paint were so nice. Everyone was so nice. They even paid attention to my lonely dog in the back yard.
We had issues with getting the funds through the insurance company. I spoke Suzanne many many times trying to figure insurance out. She was so sweet and so kind and patient.
This company has the best team of people I've ever dealt with. I really appreciate their honesty, and not out to make extra money by stretching the truth about the damage to get more money from insurance. I love that I could trust everyone to be in my house without me.
The quality of work was just as wonderful. Id ask for their opinion on things i had to make decisions on and they would give me their opinion, which i trusted. I now feel like we live in heaven, and it's safe and we aren't breathing in dangerous mold, and other yuck.
I am so so thankful we got a third opinion on our restoration service, and went with Magic Valley Restoration. I know we would be whole other situation(bad) if we went with either of the other companies.

This company is a dream to work with! When you deal with a restoration company you are in a time of crisis and uncertainty and it can be scary. Not with this crew! I have worked with a couple different restoration companies in the past and I can honestly say Magic Valley Restoration does it the RIGHT way! They were right on the scene when we needed them, they explained the whole process really well and constantly kept in touch with what was happening. My wife and I noticed some water damage underneath our flooring with water in the crawl space. Our homeowners insurance recommended reaching out to MV Restoration as they have worked with them in the past and had nothing but good things to say, and we are sure glad we did.

They were out to our house the next day to assess the situation, and found the issue immediately. The very next week they had a crew out to our house tearing apart everything and fixing our entire bathroom/shower. They worked flawlessly with our insurance and there was very little we had to do on our part. After 2 months we have a healthy brand new bathroom/shower. It looks better than before. The crew they hire were easy to work with.

Absolutely fantastic company! I had a leaky roof in my kitchen during winter - the absolute worst time for a roof to fail - they were so accommodating and worried for my home that they came out the next day to check it out! Magic Valley Restoration has been amazing! They showed up within about an hour of my Saturday night flood distress call and immediately began measures to dry things out. Tanner, my project manager, has done a top-notch job of coordinating the various teams, sub-contractors, and supplies, and has kept me in the loop and aware of my options the entire time. Due to serendipitous early availability of my chosen flooring company he was working under a very tight schedule, and he managed a complete restoration ( kitchen, dining and living rooms, pantry, coat closet, and most of hallway) in two months. It all looks as good or better than it did before the flood! Everyone who worked here was courteous, friendly, professional and very accommodating. My insurance underwriter spoke of Magic Valley Restoration in glowing terms and said they are the company he would call in time of need. They are who I would call again also, and I have highly recommended them to my friends and neighbors.

The day of our house fire, I was at a loss of what I was supposed to do. Magic Valley Restoration was referred to me as a good restoration company that did a great job on house fires. I called John, and he told me he would send a crew right over to board up our house for us and secure it. From that day forward, Magic Valley Restoration took over. They worked directly with Farm Bureau and helped us get our house back.

John and Tanner were always in contact with us and let us know every step of the house rebuild. The employees that worked in our house were great to work with. We appreciated all of you and the work you did. Everything that needed to be done was handled by Magic Valley Restoration. I can’t imagine trying to do any of this on our own.

Whenever we had questions or concerns, John was able to help us. We were able to live on our property in an rv during this time and saw the work it took to get us back home.

They did a great job, I've used them twice for crawl space clean ups, from sitting water caused by broken plumbing. Chance, the general manager is very honest and upfront with what needed to be done. Edgar, the crew leader kept me well informed throughout the entire process, he's a hard working man. They insured everything was done fast and efficiently.

This company was amazing. My fireplace got soot all over my living room. They came out quickly and did an amazing job of cleaning. The living room feels like new. The employees that I dealt with from phone calls to the actual cleaners were all so polite and nice to work with. I highly recommend this company if you have any disaster clean up needs.

We couldn’t have been happier with the service and responsiveness of Magic Valley Restoration! They responded promptly (even on a Saturday) and kept us informed and involved with every step of the restoration process. I called Magic Valley for a water issue at our house. They couldn't find any of their technicians, but rather than scheduling a day or two out they got me in contact with another company that could respond immediately. That is a sign of true professionalism and if I ever need to call for another Restoration Company, I will definitely call Magic Valley.

At the end of March we noticed that our kitchen floor was wet. Fearing that we had a water leak associated with our dishwasher, we contacted Magic Valley Restoration & Construction and one other company. Dan Thomas, with MVR&C came to our house and determined that we did indeed have a leak from the water line into our dishwasher. The other company forgot that they had made an appointment to come over to our house the following day. Soon after Dan assessed the problem, he immediately began removing the flooring and the dishwasher to determine the extent of the damage. Once we determined the cause I contacted our insurance company while Dan went into our crawl space to determine if the water had leaked through the flooring. Dan even spoke with the insurance adjuster and was instrumental in getting the damage claim accepted. We felt that all of the personnel we worked with from MVR&C were professional, courteous and looked out for our best interest. The whole mitigation and repair took about a full month and we were very pleased with the attentive service we received. Dan went out of his way to help us get back into our home and we appreciate all he did for us and the overall service we received from MVR&C. We would highly recommend this company.

Our water system is a mess. We aren’t on a well, don’t have a meter, have no idea where our shut off is…. And had our main break. I struggle with anxiety, routine change, and “catastrophic” events. I cried for a solid two hours while the restoration team got it all under control. They came out within a half hour of calling them (it was like 11 pm), got a plumber out quickly, and got the water stopped and fixed the pipe. The plumber was incredible; the team was professional, quick, and personable. I’m SO THANKFUL they were there to minimize the damage before it got bad.

We are so lucky they were quick to repair the problem, because we could have suffered so much damage. Instead we didn’t lose anything. We didn’t lose our shelves, furniture, furnace, water heater, or any of the stuff stored in our basement. It could have been so much worse and I’m so so thankful they were there to fix it.

We will use this company again.

If you’re looking for an upstanding company to work with after an emergency in your home I could not recommend Magic Valley Restoration more. My husband and I are absolutely blown away. We’d originally had another company come out and begin cleanup after our main sewer line broke and flooded our basement; after running into one issue after the next we switched to Magic Valley Restoration mid-project. Our only regret is not using them to begin with. Everyone we worked with was amazing. Brooke in the office was friendly, kind, and held my hand every step of the way! Chance was our project manager and he was knowledgeable, communicative and kept us well informed about what was going on with the build back. Angel matched our drywall perfectly! You can’t even tell it was every patched and repaired. Sean is an absolutely talented painter and went above and beyond to ensure that his work was outmost quality. He even showed me the best way to do touch ups should I ever need to do them myself. David did the rest of the construction needed downstairs and did such a professional job. You can tell he really knows his stuff. He was also very patient with my 4 year old and explained what he was doing.His willingness to go above and beyond meant the world to us! We felt at ease in our home the entire time work was being done and we hadn’t experienced that before! I would shout their praises from the rooftop! You won’t regret going with these guys. They’re better than the rest, will get the job done faster and for less than the other guys! Thank you again so much.

My basement was flooded and the answering service answered, but the on call did not answer nor call me back. After talking to John, it was technology malfunction and he was very apologetic and generous. He seems like a good man and it was a mistake that doesn’t happen.

Our family of 7 woke up at 4 am to a major flood in our master bath which led to destroying half our house... so much water everywhere! We called Magic Valley and the owner, John could not have been more helpful! He was at our house before 7 am on a Saturday morning doing the work before his crew even got there. John and crew were so helpful, kind, professional, efficient and timely. Even during the Covid mess they were working whenever they could and quickly. The finishing work and the attention to detail was unmatched, John even painted and fixed some things that weren't covered because he wanted it to look perfect! We recently bought a house where some water damage and mold went undetected. I called John on a Monday morning, he was at our house within the hour. He and is crew showed up on a Wednesday morning and completed the drywall removal and mold remediation within an hour. I have a ton of respect for a company where the boss/owner actually shows up and works. He and his crew were very quick and professional. Magic Valley Restoration did a great job removing the mold from our crawlspace. They also informed us of the root of our problem, which was poor drainage and a lack of gutters, and gave us suggestions on how to fix that problem. I appreciate the hard work John put into helping us out.

We had a septic disaster! All 3 of our bathrooms flooded and did damage to the dining room and hallway as well. John and his crew showed up, and immediately went to work cleaning up and tearing down. John and his crew were fast to respond to our water Main Break. They removed the saturated pad, baseboards, tested for mold in walls and wet vacced the carpet. Multiple fans and dehumidifier were set up. They were in and out, knew what they were doing. Prompt, efficient, polite and courteous...says it all!
