I regret to share my extremely disappointing experience with Magic Services LLC. We hired them for roof repairs, and what I received was nothing short of shoddy workmanship. Not only did they fail to properly fix the leaks, but their repairs caused significant water damage to our attic.
To make matters worse, Junior (the repairman assigned to my job) disappeared multiple times during the repair process, leaving us feeling frustrated and neglected. Only to eventually return to complete the job in the DARK!
Communication has been a nightmare—despite numerous attempts to reach them, the office manager has continuously delayed promised refunds.
After months of trying to resolve this issue, they have completely stopped responding to us. It’s clear that their positive reviews are misleading and likely from fake profiles. I strongly urge anyone considering their services to think twice. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company!
Poor workmanship & unscrupulous business practices. The office manager (Kerlange) strung me along for months promising to refund me for poor workmanship. (They put the wrong sized B vent & flashing on my roof.). They never answer the phone & even though I met their extremely ridiculous text string of demands proving the work had to be redone and providing video evidence of it being replaced, they ghosted me! I should have known from the beginning not to use them when they said they only offer a 6 month warranty on their services. Take my advice, do not use this company for anything. You get what you pay for.
