Nice and excellent work by Magic services in cleaning gutter and roof. He carefully inspects the roof first and then summarize the current state. Based on current state, he recommends whether to use blower or deep water cleaning. He ultimately respects whatever home owner decides.

He is very helpful and helped us also clean up side of the home where we can’t reach easily.

At the end, he cleaned up all the debris from our home and also from the neighbors.

Magic Services (Junior) assessed the work to be done to repair the gas Dryer machine exhaust to the pipe in the wall, purchased the tube, clamps required and came back. He connected the exhaust pipes. The dryer is working fine now. No leakage from the exhaust pipe! Excellent work!

Magic Services did a full interior refresh on my home and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The fact that they are a one-stop shop makes working with them seamless and convenient. One phone call to them and I was able to get all interior walls painted, carpets cleaned and a full interior deep clean. I won’t hesitate to give them a call again whenever I have more home improvement needs. Great work, great service and even better results!

They “cleaned” the roof and spewed the dirt all over the people and cars below. Would not recommend.

Edit: in their reply they allege that we spoke over the phone. We did not speak over the phone and it must have been one of the other cars that were sprayed. Additionally, I do not have a “manager” to speak to. I was a random patron of one of the businesses and have no reason to go all the way back, for what? For the workers who made the mess to pressure wash my car? My car is detail only and I wouldn’t go to a touchless car wash let alone a conventional car wash. So now, I am down $200 for a full exterior detail all because they could not contain their work properly.

Roof cleaning and Gutter/ Down spouts cleaning. Junior and team did a superb job cleaning the roof and gutters. They also cleared and cleaned the area surrounding the house. We've had others do the job in the past, but we'll definitely Magic Services back next year. Thanks for a job well done.

Painting exterior window trim of large picture window and 4 bedroom windows: Very meticulous prep and priming - the most important part of any paint job. Much attention to detail. He found areas that needed caulking that no one had ever done before and fixed it. It looks great. And the price was much better than I had hoped.

Pressure washing roof, driveway, and cleaning gutters: it's never looked so good. It was a big job and it looks fantastic.

Already have plans to have him paint my porch.

Hi hired this company for my painting project, and i was very satisfied with their services. Junior was very professional, friendly and helpful. I am highly recommend this company.

I wasted a tremendous amount of time because of these guys. Got several quotes and Junior's was the best. He then began to find excuses not to start on the project. Kept postponing timelines. Started mentioning random things that never came up as part of our original conversation. He had me look into renting some equipment for the job (which he never mentioned early on and which was something he should have done himself). I ended up investing a couple of days on that. It was becoming clear that this project was no longer a priority for him but instead of saying so he chose to actively waste my time and string me along. He is not even answering his phone anymore at this point. I now have to restart getting quotes from everyone else during a time when getting on someone's calendar will be a nightmare. Very disappointed by the lack of professionalism here.
