Terrible in responding, communication and professionalism. I asked for gutter repair and they immediately responded with quote and date. But since then, I had to follow up multiple times to confirm they are coming on the date that was given and asked for arrival times. No response. After follow ups, they said the date is now pushed out due to rain which I understand. But this lack of communication is just utter disrespect for other people time. Even after being pushed out couple of days later, I followed up again and they said their crew will arrive in the afternoon after finishing up other work. They did not arrive. I called again and he apologizes but no commitment again. Just stay away from this business, not worth your time.

My new gutters look amazing! The installer was prompt, courteous and went the extra mile to make certain the job was done to my satisfaction and specifications. Last, but certainly not least, upon completion of the install, my house and yard were left in immaculate condition. I wholeheartedly recommend TL Solutions.

I called TL Solutions and explained the problem I was having with one of my gutters sagging, they were extremely polite and flexible. Were able to come out same day and take a look to give me a quote. I was really lucky that they had time to also take care of it right there, I will absolutely be using them again for any future gutter services and repairs. Such a great team!

This guy has awesome reviews so I decided to use him, but something has obviously changed. After making me wait a month a half, the guy no showed. I scheduled with him on Nov 30th, it is now January 12th. No contact, wouldn't answer any of my calls or texts. He was supposed to be here today to do the gutter cleaning on 3 homes in our culdesac, and I was giving him the contract for annual and semi annual cleaning for all of them. I texted him twice yesterday, and also called him to make sure he would still be coming today. Didn't answer or respond to a single one. And today, of course, he never shows. I had told all my tenants that he was coming today, and in my texts asking him to confirm I explained that this is my craziest work month and I would have to stay home so I really needed to verify if he would be here. I am now out a days work in a month that has 3 times the workload, have waited a month and half while my patio floods (where packages get dropped off) because the gutter are full, and now have to try to find a new gutter cleaner as well. This was really, really awful of this guy. Obviously he doesn't live up to his stellar reviews anymore.

TL showed up on time and did a fabulous job cleaning a very steep roof. They respond quickly to text messages and were able and willing to help out on short notice.

Oh, the satisfaction of knowing that we picked the right company to install new gutters and downspouts, when we selected TL Solutions LLC.  We requested multiple bids from 3 local companies for our rental home and TL Solutions was the most competitive.

In addition, to being competitive, they were able to complete their work at the agreed upon date and time with no disruptions to our renters.

I was in need of new gutters and downspouts and was in the process of interviewing gutter installation companies when I received an estimate from Thiago who co-owns TL Solutions with his lovely wife Lyudmila.  His bid was made via a satellite image and within a short period of time he gave me a bid low enough to make me think he may have missed something.  I asked him to drive 2 1/2 hours to personally look at my job.  He did so without charging me extra or changing his estimate.  I went ahead and hired him and he started the job on time.  Thiago and his helper worked dillengently in the rain and wind.  Both were friendly and informative as I asked my questions and watched them work.  They even added a custom downspout chain that I supplied and they installed NO extra cost.  It pays to be pleasant and nice to people that are helping you.  After finishing the job and meticulously cleaning up I paid them.  I have faith in their lengthy warranty covering material and workmanship.  I feel if something were to go wrong Thiago will be here to fix it.  Would I recommend him? Yes.  Would I hire him again? Yes.
