I had All Stars Gutters and Roofing come out to clean my roof and gutters, and I have to say—what impressed me most was the young man who did the work. He was absolutely outstanding. From the moment he arrived, he was respectful, professional, and clearly took a lot of pride in what he does.
He worked so efficiently and with such care, making sure every part of the roof and gutters was spotless. He didn’t cut any corners and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. It’s rare these days to see someone so young with such a strong work ethic and attention to detail. He even cleaned up thoroughly afterward, leaving everything looking better than before.
If the rest of the team at All Stars is anything like this guy, then you’re definitely in good hands. I can’t recommend them enough!
Thiago was great until I asked him to come back to finish the job. He gave multiple excuses as to why he couldn’t come back and he never gave us our invoice. Our neighbors had the same issue with getting their invoice from Thiago. He then never responded to our calls or text. Now I have a downspout missing and no proof of his so said 25 year warranty.
Tiago and crew did an excellent job of cleaning my roof. They got the job done quickly and were polite and professional. Recommended.
