While many customers praise the professionalism, responsiveness, and quality of work, some report significant issues with communication and project completion. Positive reviews highlight the company's ability to navigate insurance claims and provide effective restoration services, ensuring customers feel supported during stressful situations. However, a notable number of negative experiences reveal frustrations with unresponsiveness, unfinished projects, and alleged fraudulent practices. The inconsistent levels of service and communication have led to a divided perception of the company.

While remodeling my bathroom my contractor thought that he found asbestos in the flooring. This was especially scarey and upsetting for me personally because my father had just recently passed away due to complications from asbestosis.
My contractor wasn't certified for asbestos testing and/ or removal so he call in Doug Perez , owner of Clean Image Restoration, to collect samples and send them in for testing. Thank goodness the tests all came back negative so my original contractor resumed removing the old flooring and in the process he discovered major water damage in the subfloors. My contractor wasn't certified in water damage and remediation or experienced with working with insurance companies so he called Doug back in to handle the remediation and help me work with my insurance.
Doug was awesome! He was empathetic. He helped me communicate with my insurance company. My claim was approved. Doug did a great job removing all of the water damage and black mold. He was also able to save my cast-iron tub which is original to the house and would have cost me thousands of extra dollars to replace.
Doug was such a great communicator. He explained to me all of the different aspects of the water damage repair process and how to communicate with my insurance while reassuring me that he was going to take good care of me.
When the time came to remove the water damage Doug showed up on time as scheduled every single day. He did a great job and completed his part of the job in four days, right on schedule.
One week after Doug finshed the water damage remediation, my
original contractor "resumed" work. From the time I hired that contractor in September 2023 until he was actually able to resume work, that contractor, due to all of his schedule delays, promised me that he would finally give my job his "100% undivided attention". After 4 months of delays. He scheduled himself the resume (actually start) date for 01.08.2024 (the day after Doug was scheduled to be done).
The week that contractor finally started actually working, he no-called-no-showed three times. All-in -all, that contractor only worked three whole days between September 2023 through January 14, 2024.
When that contractor quit without notice, he walked off with over $6,000 that I had already paid him in advance for work he never performed or performed so defectivly that I had to pay my next contractor more money to fix.
The original contractor walked off with over $6,000 of my money and left the ONLY bathroom in my home with no running water, raw subfloors, bare drywall, exposed pipes installed in the wrong locations, no toilet, no shower, no sink, no running water what-so-ever. Again, this is the ONLY bathroom/ toilet in my home!!!
I had to find a new contractor immediately so I reached out to Doug and he ended up recommending a contractor that turned out to be amazing.
Doug even reached out to me a couple months later to make sure that I was taken care of and that everything worked out to my satisfaction.
I will definitely recommend Clean Image Restoration to my friends and family.
They will be the first the first place I'll call if I ever need any water or fire damage repair in the future.
Thanks again Doug, you are the best!

Initially was pleased then with project unfinished they stopped working. Turns out they FRAUDULENTLY signed customer name and received insurance payout. Just now finding out why they stopped working. Called OIC - they say not their area of oversight, Allstate says isn’t their problem, police say $4000 not worth their investigation time and I’m on the hook for paying to get the job finished. Clean Image won’t respond to calls either.
Update. They replied they would contact me….hasn’t happened.

The average roof replacement cost for a residential home typically ranges from $7,000 to $15,000, depending on factors such as roof size, chosen materials, roof pitch, and labor rates in your area. Premium materials or complex designs may increase the price.
The cost to replace the roof of a commercial building typically ranges from $5 to $12 per square foot, depending on several factors such as roof size, material, labor rates, building type, and local code requirements.
Several factors influence roof repair cost, including the extent of the damage, roof accessibility, material type, labor costs, and whether it’s a general repair or an emergency fix. Minor repairs can start around $150–$400, while major repairs may exceed $1,500.
Roof leak repair cost generally ranges from $300 to $800, depending on the size and location of the leak, the materials required, and labor intensity. Complex leaks involving structural repairs or interior damage will cost more.
Flat roof repair cost for commercial properties usually ranges from $500 to $3,000, depending on the roofing material (TPO, EPDM, PVC), the extent of the damage, and roof accessibility.
Mobile home roof replacement cost typically ranges from $3,000 to $8,000, making it generally more affordable than traditional home roof replacements, due to smaller size and simpler structure.
It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.
The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.
To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
