Clean Image Restoration

We were so happy with our experience with Clean Image! It’s never fun to have to get your home repaired after damage, but Clean Image truly took care of us, and quickly! We are thoroughly enjoying our new floors and can’t thank Clean Image enough for such a great experience not only in craftsmanship but in customer service!

Difficult to get ahold of before and after work was done. Took several weeks to get me an estimate after the inspection. When the worker arrived to do the repairs he had to reinspect everything because he wasn't given any details by their employee who produced the estimate. When I had a billing issue it took days to hear back after leaving a message and contacting them by email. The work is probably fine, but the process of dealing the the company is bad enough I would not recommend them

Came home to a flooded laundry room and called Clean Image. They came out came and helped me file my insurance claim. Sent all my paperwork to my insurance but they took awhile to get back to us, overall the office was understanding but being unfamiliar with the claims process they let me know we would have to wait to start the repairs. After waiting for acouple weeks and my insurance company changing adjusters they got back to us and approved the repairs! Clean Image was quick to schedule us in and the repair crew was very respectful in my home. Adrian, Ronny and the rest of the guys were great! Thanks again

Doug and his team were excellent to work with when our house flooded. They worked with my insurance company and completed the entire remodel, from replacing floors and kitchen cabinets. I would highly recommend them as they gave me my dream kitchen!

I have set up an appt for a bid twice now and both times they have told me they have came to do the bid but has not shown up. As a landlord trying to fit it in the tenants schedule this was very frustrating.

Owner reached out to me the night the initial.review was written. He persoa lly came out to the residence to do the bid. However we NEVER received the bid. Also hasn't responded to phone calls or messages. Just went ghost. Very frustrating for us and our tenants as this problem needs to be addressed. I guess no response from this company is what you get

All I can say is what a joke never on time never answers calls so bad the insurance company fired them and hired a great restoration company that will have all work done in 5 days. Plus stay in contact with your insurance they claim they used all this equipment and never did this company is a poor excuse for a restoration business

The is the BEST company to use if you are in need. Very professional, HONEST and helpful. We are so grateful for the service that was given. I give a million gold stars!!!

I can’t thank Doug and his team enough for everything they’ve done for us. We had a main line water burst and completely flooded foundation. All our insulation and duck system had to be removed and replaced as well as our flooring. Since Doug arrived to my home he was professional and was extremely informative on how to navigate with our insurance and how to proceed throughout our situation. Always looking out for our best interest. We were in a hotel for about a month but I felt his team worked fast to get us back into our home. He showed empathy for what we were going through and was always keeping me informed about progress and plans for my home. Although it was not the best situation to be in especially during the holidays the work they did made the sacrifice all worth it. MY HOME LOOKS BEAUTIFUL!!! They did an amazing job and I am very picky. Lol I would definitely recommend Clean Image Restoration and if anything arising for us in the future (praying we don’t go through this again) they would be the first I called.

I am so thankful that Clean Image came to help me with my nightmare of a flood. They were quick to get to my home and walked me through the whole process. I felt confident that they were the right people for the job. In the end my when they were done with my home it ended up nicer then it was before. I definitely recommend them with any flood or reconstruction needs!

This company needs a project manager. The detail in there work lacks and never finished the job. Great guys, just not real solid work. Attention to detail was a 0 and the completion of the job was a 0. Still have not contacted me to finish this work and have called me for payment with the work not being completed. I would not recommend this company.

Update beginning week 13 after the flood in our master suite... Week 13 of restorations, and EVERY SINGLE STEP has been an absolute nightmare! I'm so frustrated with this entire process. There's a lot that I can put up with. What I cannot handle is having brand new ripped flooring, forced unacceptable choices, cut pipes requiring the home owner to repair, torn ceilings (not part of the work), broken fences, stolen objects, and mostly my personal journal, that I write in daily, being removed from a space that was not the work area and left out in the middle of the floor. I feel so violated, and really I don't know how to describe it. Literally choose ANYONE else in the Tri. You deserve better quality work. The lack of professionalism is astounding.

Today begins week 6 after a sewage flood in our master suite.... Everyone that we've worked with is nice in person, but the crews show up randomly, without prior approval, expecting access to your residence at all hours of the day, no matter how many times you ask for a schedule of repairs. When they actually do schedule with you they don't show up. We have been kind, gracious, and patient. We have attempted addressing these concerns multiple times with the owner, the crew members, and the office personnel, and yet after 5 weeks, we are still in the same pattern, and still sleeping in our diningroom. They have destroyed our ceiling removing panels that easily could have been moved, left holes in the walls that weren't to be removed, left asbestos flooring that was meant to be removed, dripped harsh chemical cleaner on antique furniture, broken a chair, and caused an additional flood. Rarely clean their messes, hence the glass shards scattered in the broken sink that still remains, throughout the bedroom, and still on the ground outside our backdoor. Additionally, leaving their work incomplete for undisclosed amounts of time, meanwhile leaving previously unexposed mold behind the shower exposed... unfortunately, we have however many more weeks of this nightmare that I am not looking forward to, but the adjuster has already released payment. My advice is to look elsewhere, and learn from our nightmare, Tri-Cities.

My go to restoration or almost any kind of refferal! Stand up owner (Doug) who's worth the wait if theres ever any! Honest, proffesional, kind, and considerate!

Bad communication.

They missed the first two appointments that they scheduled. Then the tech said there was water damage and that we would have an estimate within two business days. I never received anything so I waited a few days before contacting them to be told that I would be receiving the estimate that afternoon. Still didn’t receive anything and contacted them the next day to then be told that the estimate was missing information and the technician had to get back with the appraiser. Waited a few more days before calling back again only to be told this time that it had been decided there was actually no damage. I asked for confirmation of this in writing and it was never supplied to me.

I am a local real estate agent and I refer this company out often I have always been happy with their service and the way they treat their clients. They are prompt, honest, and professional. I would recommend them to anyone!

The crew responded super quickly, and were here within the hour and helped us out with our terrible situation. Thank you so much, would recommend 100%.

The team at Clean Image Carpet & Restoration is outstanding! The where able to do the carpets for a house I was selling last minute at 7pm. They did an amazing job, and there customer service is second to none. I would highly recommend them to everyone there technical knowledge in restoration is exceptional.
