Great place great people. I went there to have keys made and bought a couple other items. Fastest I ever saw Keys made.

Staff is very helpful in finding what you need from a screw to power tools price is ok. And the variety of paints, tools and plumbing supplies electronical and many other things for the home improvement. Plenty of plywood, fiberboard, 2×4s concrete blocks and other supplies for roofing

They have what you need nor they can order it. Decent variety of tools and paints and hardware. Nice and friendly staff. I believe they do deliver to homes or job sites.

Really like this place, you and your money will soon part they have everything.
And seriously the prices are not that bad.
Better have a list.

Good hardware store with a decent variety. Rule of thumb for locals is if they don't have it you're not gonna find it anywhere else in town either.

Really fantastic service. Madison's is definately my go-to place. From weird kid projects (like this wonky cat house) to picking out flooring for my residence, they've got it all. Big thanks to James in flooring. He gave great consideration to my own style and taste, offered construtive advice without pushing his own agenda, and I am very pleased with the outcome. Couldnt have done it without him.

Always friendly helpful staff, and one time they were even going to special order something for me they didn't have.

It's okay, overpriced but they have an overused excuse to justify it. Not to the extent of the price gouging but what can you do about it.

Best customer service ever! Friendly and helpful, eager to please the customer.

Also, they go the extra mile to serve us "Alaska bush residents" putting together orders for us to be delivered 100 miles away by float plane.

A most excellent service to Southeast Alaska!!!
