Madison Plumbing installed all of the plumbing in my new-built home. When we moved into the home, most of the drain pipes under the sinks had to be tightened for leaks, which I expected. The issue with the kitchen sink is that not enough pipe was used and it constantly leaks water. The drain has leaked enough to cause serious water damages to the new kitchen cabinets. I have attempted to resolve the issue with the installing company with minimal results. One of my shower heads has not worked properly from beginning. It will not output hot water. These issues were addressed with this company on multiple occasions. They responded to my residence multiple times and the issue is yet to be resolved. I will be using a different company in the future.

Quick and great service! Our sink had been backing up and needed our water line fixed to our fridge, called that morning had someone out by the afternoon everything fixed under an hour. I don’t remember the gentleman’s name who came out, but he was very kind and professional!☺️

Anytime we call, they come as soon as possible. We've been using them for at least 16 yrs. Very professional and friendly. I wouldn't use anyone else!
