I can’t say enough good things about Ernie and Colby. I have used their services every year for over 30 years. I have a wood-burning stove so it is very important to have the chimney cleaned. They are very professional and take great pride in leaving everything clean when they leave. If you had a bad experience, trust me, that was rare. They have always been very punctual and never kept me waiting. You will always get a call the day before to remind you of the appointment. I will always give them 5 stars!

Colby and Josh were very respectful of our home . They cleaned up and left my home as they found it . Colby also explain what he found in the pictures and what I could do to prevent further damage and be able to use it this year. Had some awesome recommendations of what to do for what I said I wanted to put there. So thank you so very much I highly recommend you to others I know.

The guys showed up on time and did a fantastic job cleaning the flue for my wood stove. Everything was left very clean and I will be using them again on a more regular basis.

Last December, they cleaned my chimney and did a good job, though a bit pricey. They told me I needed repairs to my outside chimney. Price quoted was $300. I agreed to the service. Ernie said they were busy and would return in 3-4 weeks. I called the end of January to schedule the repairs. I was told they were still busy but would get to it. I called this week and left a voicemail. They responded with a message they were still busy. I secured another contractor who will make the repairs next week for considerably less money. Making me wait 6 months is not good customer service. I guess my job was too small for them but not for my general contractor.

This is a wonderful company....Colby is very personable. He taught us a lot about our chimney that we didnt know. He did a SUPERB job and left everything so clean! Look forward to giving them our business for life!

We used this company for the first time this year. They came and did a wonderful job on the chimney sweep, BUT they proceeded to tear the insert to our stove completely apart for repairs (which was fine). After three weeks we called to see where we were on the parts and they have no recollection of our job. We’ve tried to continually call for status updates with no luck. We will not use or recommend them.
