Jeff was able to schedule my inspection quickly. I was able to pay online. The inspection report was available the evening of the inspection. I’m in the insurance industry and was trying to help my dad lower his yearly premium while also increasing his actual coverage. After I had helped him his premium was at $4900. He had not gotten a wind mitigation report since replacing his roof in 2014. After calling Jeff (the owner), he promptly came out to inspect the property and within a day we received the report. I wasn’t sure what to expect as he reports what’s there, not what we would like to be there however because of his report, the yearly premium was lowered from $4900 to $2500! My dad was thrilled to say the least. Would highly recommend Jeff to anyone.

So they feel like they know exactly what’s going on with a house before they purchase it. Whether it’s safety, up to building code, or minor maintenance items. Jeff and his team always help my clients make the best decision in the home buying process. They are professional and have tons of knowledge and experience in this industry.

Mac-Atlantic inspection= trouble with your insurance. do not use him in any situation. Jeff tried to find extremely minor problems (which can be fixed on the spot if mentioned during the inspection) and over-stress those in his report. Minor sink stationer issue (sink strainer covered with tape, no leak) cause us ~ $1k increase in insurance (after Insurance reviewed Jeff’s report)
