Elite Power Washing did an outstanding job cleaning and sealing our driveway pavers and travertine pool decking. Drew and his team were incredibly accommodating and conscientious throughout the process. Unlike other companies, they offered re-sanding as part of the service, and the quality of the sealer they used is top-tier.

Elite also has a re-seal program with excellent discount incentives when you’re ready for future maintenance. While they may not be the lowest-cost option, the quality of their work more than justifies the small premium. Highly recommended!

U can't miss the trucks, big white pickups. Power washing, drivers side door. If they operate the way they drive. I would not recommend them. Cutting drivers off, flipping them the bird.

It's funny how an owner of a business can try and justify his actions, because of his pathetic way of driving. I have it all on dashcam because you were in front of me. You pulled out of Wendy's with a 3000 lb trailer in tow. Nice try, I'm sure people will see your big white trucks and see for themselves.

Elite did an amazing job on my driveway. They provided a great service at a great price. Phil did a great job explaining the process and educating me on all the details. I’m glad he recommended the black sand as it really makes the red pavers pop. He was also very accommodating with his schedule and made sure the pavers were installed during a day I was comfortable with (I was getting gutters installed the same week and was nervous about the rain storms affecting the sealant). Be careful. Great at sales but not quality work or professionalism. Can’t keep employees and lies. His team ruined my pool surface area by applying a non agreed too not approved surface that is not safe and slippery. I strongly recommend you looking elsewhere for anything you may need. Adding a few photos to show their poor quality and attention to detail.

I messaged via FB requesting a quote, sent a picture and received a reply in less than 5 minutes. The estimate was reasonable for a driveway and walkway. Because of my urgency, I was scheduled the next day.

Before they arrived I asked to add-on areas and was accommodated. They arrived 10 minutes early, prepped and advised me of the type of solution being used and where was to be pressure washed.

Guys did an awesome job. No additional cost to expedite the service. Their work was meticulous, ensuring areas that needed concentration was done and afterwards asked if I had questions or concerns.

I recommend Elite Power Washing because they have phenomenal customer service, they are licensed and insured, the work speaks for itself and cost was reasonable!!

I would like to recommend Elite for anyone with paver restoration or power washing needs. Phil and his team are the most professional contractors I've worked with in a long time. They told me what they recommended, quoted a price that was 3 bids competitive, showed on time, did what they said they would do, and on time. Somewhat shocking because my job was huge. I had a couple of punch list items afterwards and they were prompt in fixing them. Great work, reliable and competitive is a great recipe for success.

What a great group of people. Awesome price and quality of work was amazing. My patio and screen enclosure has never looked this good.. Elite did a great job. They were extremely responsive and showed up when they said they would. This was a refreshing change compared to other companies! They power washed the whole house and made sure none of our plants were harmed!! They also power washed and sealed our driveway, porch and patio which all look great. They took their time and did a thorough job. They even power washed and sealed our edging pavers around all our landscaping. We have used a few different companies but Elite was by far the best. If you need something done, do not hesitate to use Elite. They back up everything they do. They have a spectacular group of guys for every step of the job. You will not be disappointed!!!

Elite Power Wash spent 2 days softcleaning and sealing our 18 year old tile roof and it looks brand new! Also, power washed and sealed our paver driveway and sidewalks and they look great too!! So glad we had this done. Totally worth the money to not have to get up on the roof ourselves! Phil and his team work great together too!

My husband arranged for Elite Power Washing to come today and clean our solar panels. Phil arrived early and in no time the panels looked like new. All the pollen had made them look dirty. He found a few spots that did not come clean initially so he went back up on the roof until he was satisfied with the result. Would highly recommend this company.

I would like to thank Phil and his team for coming to my home and fixing a huge blunder that Tiger Paving and sealing created in my backyard. Phil was very understanding, knowledgeable and truthful about what needed to be done to my pavers to fix the horrible job that Tiger Paving did. Phil's Team was able to remove the previous faded sealer and remove all the embedded mold in the paver groves. He replaced all the sand and resealed it to a beautiful luster. Just had my paver driveway sealed my Elite Power Washing. Superior job, they arrived on time, OMG what kind of Florida company are they!!! The team explained the job steps before starting and asked if I had any questions.

When they broke for lunch they knocked on the door and told me they were leaving and would be back after for the next step.

After the next step before they left they explained what would happen the next day.

When they arrived today they again explained the days process. They phoned then they finished, didn’t want to walk on the new sealing,

Have a 2 story house with a pool cage that makes it really difficult to get to the siding back there and Elite did an amazing job taking care of that along with the rest of the house, pool cage and patio. Will definitely use again.

Phil and his team did an outstanding job with our pavers today. We had a failed sealer on our pavers that I couldn’t remove. Elite Power Washing team stripped, cleaned, sanded and sealed out driveway and sidewalks and it looks better than when installed 2 1/2 years ago. They leveled existing pavers , added a border, cleaned all pavers, sanded joints and sealed with Trident Protects. The transformation is amazing.
They also pressure washed the lanai, and screen enclosure. What a difference!
Although they don't usually do landscaping, but they removed shrubs and replaced with St. Augustine grass for easy maintenance for me.
The team is professional, courteous, and prompt.

I had hired a company to re-screen my enclosure, but their washer broke down before they could clean the supports. They sent Elite Power Washing to do the job for them. Elite did a great job. Although not requested, they also cleaned the cushions on our pool deck chairs and followed up the cleaning by rinsing the plants and furniture with fresh water. I highly recommend them and I would use them again.

We hadn't had our lanai cleaned in almost a year and a half, but that was no problem for Elite Power Washing. They did an incredible job in a very short amount of time on one of the coldest days of the year. Very impressed with this service and their reasonable prices. So me and my wife had Phillip come out and do our whole house, driveway and porch. OH MY GOD! What a difference it made! Phillip took the extra time to cover our palm trees and flowers while pressure washing! You could tell that he has a great attention to detail by all the steps he took prior to pressure washing and after pressure washing. Phillip was polite, kind and courteous.
