I needed a 4-point inspection done and was referred to H2H Air solutions by a friend who said they were best in the business. I spoke to Brad, and he was able to come out the next day. He was thorough, informative and kind. This is definitely a company with excellent service that you can trust in your home.

We were so worried we had mold in our home, and with a young baby at home, I wanted to have a full scan asap. H2H got out here in a day or two and spent a very good amount of time going through the entire house. Awesome up to date technology. Took the time to hear all of my concerns and walk through where I was most concerned. Helped guide me on next steps and was there for a consult when my report came back. Great customer service. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable in this! I cannot recommend H2H enough! We were fortunate to not have any repairs, but it was worth every penny for the price of peace! If we ever move, I will use them again to check the new home! Thank you H2H for keeping my family safe!

This company was very easy and pleasant to deal with from start to finish. The main office was responsive and scheduled our inspection within two days. They were courteous and helpful. The inspector showed up on time and gave me a post-inspection courtesy call before releasing the report to update me on the main findings. Exactly what you want as a customer. Overall, this company checked all the right boxes for us, so we wholeheartedly recommend them.

Used H2H New Home Inspection service in December 2023.. Brad performed a very detailed inspection and found items we would have never seen. Gave us a detailed electronic report with photos and we were able to pass this information to the builder to add to our punch list. Well worth the money!

The Good:

- H2H responded immediately and scheduled our inspection within 48 hours of our call
- They showed up on time for each appointment
- Sarah the inspector was thorough, efficient and knowledgeable. She explained things clearly.
- initial Analysis report was detailed and extensive

The Not so good:

- I believe the fee of $595 for initial inspection and $495 for post remediation is inspection is excessive. Perhaps if I was told the total service pre and post remediation was going to be $1,090 the pill would have been easier to swallow. Instead I thought the initial $595 was to cover both pre and post remediation. I didn't read the fine print in the multi page contract that was sent to me.None the less, while I understand the analysis can be costly, I still believe that this pricing is too high and unfortunately customers that need this service have little choice but to pay it.
- I received a phone call on the post remediation to tell me everything was okay but never got a written report. For $495 I think that would have been included

Brad did an amazing job. He went above and beyond what we expected with how thorough he was. We received pictures of everything with notes, and he marked everything that he noticed in the house with tape. We recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection in the area 100%, and will definitely be using him again for future inspections!

Sarah was extremely detailed in her inspection and went over everything in easy to understand language. We are so pleased we hired H2H for our Inspection needs.

Top notch! Showed up on time and did a great job. The mold inspector Sarah was phenomenal, super knowledgeable. Our son bought his first home and the realtor and seller were both trying to pull one over on him but Sarah knew her stuff. We are super grateful and can’t say enough about H2H and their staff.

We found out after purchasing a property that there was stucco damage to the exterior wall that was causing moisture to leak into our unit. This company sent out someone to do a mold inspection on our property and she was awesome! Quick, full of knowledge and even gave us some tricks to help in The future. Absolutely recommend!

Finally a company that does what they promise. The mold inspector showed up on time, communicated during the entire process and had my mold inspection report completed quickly and comprehensively. I would highly recommend this company.

We are currently out of state so all of this was done either by phone or emails.I can’t say how much Brad from H2H helped me super detailed and through report with different levels of replace and or repair put tape on everything that needs attention. Well worth the price wasn’t inexpensive but it was money well spent

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Our inspector responded promptly and efficiently to setting up a date and time for our inspection. Our communication was very good throughout the whole process. Inspection date and time worked great. He answered questions, let us know when the report would be ready, which it was later that day. I would highly recommend this inspection service.

I had better service for less with the first Hygienist. They went under the house to see the source of the problem which is where the remediation has to start. Remediating what she found in the house would serve no purpose without removing the source. I was very disappointed with the protocol. I don’t feel it was realistic.

Made an appointment and a few days later was able to get a wind mitigation and roof inspection for a new insurance policy. Brad is polite and punctual. My report was sent to me that evening. Third time using H2h and would use them again.

We had our new-build home inspected by Brad from H2H yesterday. He was on time, extremely thorough, and explained everything clearly. He sent us the inspection report just hours after completing the walkthrough and has been very responsive to all our questions. Update from previous residential inspection weeks ago: WOW. Wish I could give H2H and Brad more than 5 stars. Brad's expertise found enough issues with the inspected premise (that could not be remedied even after an extension) in with our first choice with a potential residential home. Can't image if we went ahead and purchased that money pit. Found another home and we would not want anyone else to due the inspection. Yay Brad...closing in a few days :-).

Brad and Kristen have been fantastic. Great work. They are very responsive. We had a supplemental need for a roof report for insurance on our home purchase. Brad and Kristen met the need within hours. It is hard to find customer service like this in today's world.

I hired H2H Inspection Service to inspect I home I am in the process of purchasing. The communications with them has been outstanding and the reports I have received far exceeded my expectations.
I hope I never need their services again, but if I do, they are my "Go To" Home inspectors.
