They did great work on the brick point and painting of the building. Took their time and went above and beyond. Never a wasted minute in the 4 days they worked. Would highly recommend!!

We hired M Steven Construction to do the concrete around my home and create a small patio where we had a small grassy area in front of my home. This small grassy area was an eye sore with dead bushes and weeds. Manuel and his crew removed the dead bushes and weeds from the grassy area, framed it out to create a concrete boarder, then added pavers in the center exactly how we asked. He very accommodating, listened to our ideas snd worked with us to transform this area. In the back he not only did a great job creating a concrete space we can now use as a patio but also removed an old wooden deck we had in the back that really needed to go. He also resurfaced the foundation wall surrounding the house. Manuel and his crew were professional and easy to work with. His price was competitive and at the end of the day my property was left clean and neat. I recommend them and will be using them again in the spring for more work needed on our home.

Manny helped put together our backyard. Started with removing debris in the dirt, leveling the ground and also securing the wobbly staircase. Then, built a brick & travertine planters and filled the garden with rocks per our design. The work was done very quickly and at a very reasonable price. He listened to the comments well and was very easy to communicate. Would definitely recommend.
