M&N Roofing recently completed the reroof of our tile roof home. From the initial meeting with Milian for the inspection and quote to the final job completion, we were extremely satisfied and impressed with the M&N crew. During the initial discussions, Milian explained, in detailed steps, what would be done to complete the job to include materials and timeframe. Once the job started, We were provided with daily updates to include photos of the progress. The crew ended each day with a thorough cleanup of the site. The price quoted for the job was much better than the quotes from other larger firms. The job was also started in just over a week from our decision to hire M&N, and was completed within 4 days. I would highly recommend M&N Roofing for anyone looking to have their home reroofed.

We received quotes and scope of work details for having our tile roof replaced from many different roofing companies and M&N Roofing was recommended to us from a friend and they did not disappoint. They charged a fair and competitive price and showed up on time and cleaned up each day and completed the work in the time frame they quoted.
I was very impressed by the clean up they did each day to make sure there were no nails or other materials that may damage tires or other things while the project was being completed.

I would recommend this roofing company to anyone! Milian and his team were great from start to finish. He sent us pictures of the progress every day, communicated every step of the way and brought some extra workers on the last day to finish the job early. We bought a house that the inspector said that the roof only had 2 years left on it. We contacted M & N Roofing and the owner contacted me. He sent me the color of the shingles to choose from and they started removing the roof on Monday. The owner asked if it would be okay to start at 5 am because it was June and already in the 100’s. On Thursday when they were done, they did one last sweep around the house looking for nails and trash. I would truly recommend this company for replacing your roof.

I highly recommend M&N Roofing. They replaced and repaired our tile roof with double underlay, and gave us a much lower bid then others that were going to do a single underlay. They cleaned up, and I have not found one nail in the yard. I appreciated the prompt and professional service that owner Milian provided. Many pictures were provided during the three day process of our roof installation. The estimate is free and you will be impressed with their work.

Milian and his team, were thorough and timely upon their completion of my roof. They did what they said they would do and more. They painted the flashing and concrete and replaced the bad fascia. I had pigeon wire and screen and even though it was difficult they replaced it. I received pictures of their work every day despite that I walked the roof every day. I am very pleased with their work.

M & N Roofing LLC did a awesome job on my roof. Milian and his crew stripped the old underlayment and repaired all compromised plywood. They replaced and reflashed my skylights, valleys and drip edging. They installed 2 layers of underlayment and all new lattice. They replaced all the broken tiles and since you cannot exactly match, they put the the new tiles in a inconspicuous area. Post job cleanup was impeccable. All touch up painting was performed by a professional painter.
Milian is a excellent communicator always letting me know what they were fixing and how the work was progressing. He was very responsive to any of my questions or concerns. Even to the point of driving 30 minutes to my house at 9pm because monsoon winds had kicked up and I heard some stacked tiles moving. I told him I didn’t think it was necessary, but he wanted to ensure me that everything was ok.
The roof looks great and should be good for a long time.
