These guys spilled a lot of rocks out of their dump truck all over the freeway yesterday. Many cars had to slam on the brakes. Rocks were going everywhere. I have a brand new car that is riddled with nicks and scratches that are too deep to buff out. I called and talked to a guy 5 minutes after it happened and he was polite to me. I appreciated that. I told him I would get back to him after I assessed the damage. I called back 3 more times and they wouldn’t answer the phone so I left messages. Finally the owner called me back the next day and he was a jerk and said I couldn’t prove it was them and it wasn’t his problem. It WAS them and I waved at the driver and he did see me. What a terrible company! I wouldn’t trust them to do anything since they can’t own up to their mistakes.

The office woman is very rude when i called to express concerns about the workers that are doing work on the fiber optic. They left trash in my yard and blocked my garbage can so my garbage did not get collected. They did not cover the holes that were dug, hoping no one walking down the sidewalk falls in, they also knocked over my sons basketball hoop and just kept it there. I called the office about it and she had a very rude tone in her voice. And said " well thats not my problem they are working on the fiber optics". Horrible place.

M&L dug up a spot in my yard almost 2 weeks ago to do a TDS fiber line, they finally did the line today and put back my grass that is now dead because it's just been sitting on top of a piece of wood covering the hole. Didn't bother to clean up the rocks or dirt left in my nice green grass around the hole or all the dirt left in my driveway or on my sidewalk. Curious why you'd dig a hole to not work on it for almost 2 weeks.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They are currently doing work in my neighborhood..
not the most convenient sound, but hey.. I want better internet, so whatever..

*****1st 5 star rating is for 4-5 of their guys taking 5 minutes out of their schedule to help my elderly navy vet neighbor unload his new riding lawn mower from his truck.. pretty awesome seeing strangers help each other out !

****** 2nd 5 star rating is for the politeness and courteousness that the guys had.. one of them knocked on my door to make sure it was ok to block our driveway for a little while so they could do their work.. Absolutely! He was super grateful and stated that they are constantly getting harassed by people when they are just doing their job.. unfortunate situation, but thanks for working and not sitting at home collecting government money for nothing!!

They’ve been in my neighborhood for a week or so now and they are still smiling while working..
must be a good company to work FOR or WITH to have employees smiling while digging up the ground and doing manual labor!

We were so impressed with M&L from start to finish. We needed a bore drilled under our road to connect to city water. The crew that came out to drill the bore was professional but so kind. The job was done quickly and efficiently and communication from start to finish was easy on our part. Absolutely recommend them, will definitely go through them for any of our excavation needs in the future.

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?
+-

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
