I had a small leak that was coming through in my hallway area. I told Mike about it and he came over and looked at it right away. He was upfront and honest about the root cause. It was simply the side flashing needing new sealant. Mike recommended a sealant and the problem was solved. In addition, one of my windows would leak when it rained heavily. He also diagnosed the problem with a simple fix.
I find Mike a man of high integrity and honesty!
