Wanted to switch over from shingle to a metal roof and I was very impressed with the outcome. The price range was perfect. They were quick and clean. Our experience with Todd and M&I couldn't have gone better. Hurricane damage required us to have a new roof and interior drywall/plaster work done. They took care of it all faster than I expected and the new metal roof and interior looks great. Todd's communication was excellent and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We recently had the pleasure of working with M&I General Contracting for our roof replacement. Our original roof was damaged by a hail storm in March 2022. Although a slow process working in tandem with our insurance company, from start to finish, our project manager Michael Garces, provided us with exemplary service and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.

Had a lot of damage from Hurricane Ian. M&I contracting repaired ALL my damage to like new or actually new condition. I couldn’t be happier with the quality and value. Dan was our contact man and was there or easily contacted every step of the way. New roof plus >35 ish sheets of plywood, replaced siding and backing material, repaired and painted stucco where needed, repaired / painted LR / BR ceilings, tore out and replaced BR floor with a product better then we had, (in my opinion), repaired quite a bit of vinyl privacy fencing, replaced gutters and down spouts, replaced all missing or damaged Soffits, and replaced many damaged pool enclosure screens. We are VERY happy with all the work performed. Thank you Dan!!

I recently got my roof replaced by M&I and I couldn't be happier with my decision to use them.

They were the only company that showed up when they said they would, they had an estimate ready before leaving their inspection, they were reasonably priced so I decided on the spot that this is who I wanted to use.

I chose the GAF Timberline HDZ Oyster Gray and it looks FANTASTIC! Their installers were at my house 11 days after signing the contract and finished in a total of 2 days.

They're now doing a few of my neighbor's houses in the coming days and I will also be referring them to anyone I know on the market for a roof.

The best roofing company in Volusia County. The work was done on schedule, friendly service, fair price and the work was done right.
They also offer full remodels and I have seen the excellent work they do with those.

Was experiencing a leak around my chimney and called m&i to come take a look. They were out to my house next day and the manager Todd was able to get up and fix it on the spot for a reasonable price.
