I recently utilized M. D. Smith and Sons Construction to replace a screen porch. The quality of workmanship and professionalism of Mike and his team was superb. Michael and the whole team at M. D. Smith and Sons have always been polite, friendly, and respectful when doing work for me. They have completed five different projects for me: an addition, a living room expansion where they had to raise the floor, the same had to be done to the floor in my laundry room and they remodeled that entirely, a kitchen remodel, exterior paint, cement work, and more. I have always been satisfied with the quality of work or I wouldn't have asked them to return. Their company is very trustworthy and Michael has always been available—if any problems occurred, he has helped solve them. If I have any future projects, I will surely hire them again!

Mr. Smith and crew came out and did a full siding replacement with new windows, new doors, gutter installation and the works. Everything came out looking great. No issues, no complaints.
