Ludwig's Rubber Roof Recover | Roofing Contractor

Had a couple estimates done at 2 different times. DeAnna Ludwig came out both times was professional and exact on estimates. Finally was ready to have the work on a small 12x12 addition. Without hesitation she came out again "because of material cost differences" to give me the 2nd estimate and started work that day. Was extremely happy with the time she spent coming out just for estimates.To give me the right prices "not just guessing" and her work was top notch. Very clean work and picked up everything from job, she paid very close attention to detail of the work she performed. Very satisfied would not use anyone else. She Definitely makes sure her customers are satisfied. When any other companies came out once and would not come back for a updated estimate.

I contacted Ludwig's Rubber Roof Recover after the contractor who installed my TPO roof ghosted me. I'll be honest, the roof I had was NOT installed right. James Ludwig came out and quoted me $2700 to repair, I even had some materials to help lessen the cost. After the initial attempted repair, I was told the roof was in worse shape than he originally anticipated, which I completely understood.

I was told for an extra $700 he could make everything right, the roof would pass inspection, our home was guaranteed not to leak, and I was given a 7 year workmanship warranty.

Needless to say, after the first big rain, the roof leaked worse than ever. James came out the next morning first thing and apologized, he said it was his fault and accepted responsibility. I emphasized that if the house leaks again we need to discuss partial reimbursement. James agreed to that. Well, the next big rain we have a new leak in a new spot, not only is the ceiling damaged but also a wall. James is refusing to give me any money back and said we can "discuss fixing the drywall when the leak is repaired." I paid him $3400 to fix the leaks and he hasn't done that.

This is completely unprofessional. If you have a TPO roof and need it repaired, I highly encourage you to look elsewhere. I have thousands of dollars of interior water damage, and I'm out $3400 with a leaking roof. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

James came to put a new roof on our flat roof. He gave us a 6yr work warranty and 40yrs for the roof. We got our wall fixed thinking problem was solved. It started leaking again so wall got ruined. James came by to fix it and said he would fix the wall for us. He didn’t, so we got someone else to fix it.. and then found out there is still a small leak. Not only that, we noticed that my baby’s ceiling had water spots all over. We asked for him to fix both those issues and speaking with his dad, he said James should fix the water spots and the wall as well. He came and said the baby’s ceiling leak should be resolved and left without fixing the spots or wall. He said he would come over another day, but never did and now he is not responding to any of my texts. How could a new ceiling cause so many issues? That’s not professional at all. Do not hire them. Not trustworthy at all.
