Had a great experience working with Jason. This was my first time needing to file a claim with my homeowners insurance and he did a great job outlining the process and helping me get a re-inspection when the first inspector missed some things. In the month it took to get my claim approved from insurance he reached out to follow up, checked on the temporary tarp he had set up ahead of stormy weather to make sure I didn't get worse damage, and marked up my roof ahead of the re-inspection to make sure everything went smoothly. When the claim was approved he was very timely in getting me scheduled, and he upgraded me to impact-resistance shingles for free (saving me $1800 on my homeowners insurance this year alone). The roof only took a day to install and his crew did a great job! He scheduled my new gutters for a few days later and that went just as smoothly! Cannot recommend LTG enough!

We placed a call to LTG regarding some missing shingles following the horrific winds. Within 24 hours, they inspected our roof, found the missing shingles and replaced them! Never tried upselling additional work! 10/10 recommend LTG Roofing.
