I highly recommend L&T contractors. They recently completed installing a kitchen and the process was very smooth. The space did not have a kitchen before, plumbing and electrical had to be started from scratch. Wilder coordinated everything, his crew were professional, did a great job and were very neat, protected and cleaned up everything. We were extremely grateful because they also made very good suggestions about the pantry space. On top of everything they completed the job in time, there was no holdup at all. The entire thing took a month and that was because we changed the plans it probably would have been done sooner. If we ever have another house project L&T contractors will be the first we call. Wilder and the L&T team are amazing! They came highly recommended after doing beautiful work remodeling my parents' new kitchen in Takoma Park. They made time during a busy month to do urgent and extensive repairs on my place after 3 major water damage incidents in one season rendered it unlivable on two floors. They fixed ceiling and wall drywall and installed new floors and paint, and even generously fixed some errors that had been left by a previous contractor free of charge. They did all this for an extremely reasonable price--everything is done now and it looks fantastic, and they were all wonderful to work with from start to finish. As a single woman who is perceptibly queer and neurodivergent, and having worked with several contractors over the past 5 years, I can't overstate how much I appreciate finding a team of people who never once made me feel uncomfortable in my own home--every single one of the guys on the L&T team was totally professional and respectful at all times, genuinely kind, and a pleasure to work with. I'll be calling them with all future projects and I hereby enthusiastically recommend them to anyone who needs good work done by a trustworthy contractor.

If I could, I would give L&T contractors 10 stars! They are truly fantastic. L&T gave us the lowest bid on our kitchen renovation, and their work was top notch. The owner, Wilder, oversaw every detail of the project. He also had great ideas throughout to make it even better than the specs. He has an awesome crew that work their tails off to get the job done quickly. We could not be happier with how our kitchen turned out and will definitely be hiring L&T for our next project!

I just had my kitchen completely redone. I asked if it could be done before Thanksgiving. They said yes! (This was early November) Christopher and his crew came in and finished the job in 7 days! The work was done beautifully. They were very professional and pleasant to work with.

L&T Contractors (Wilder) performed repairs to basement after waterproofing performed by another company. Put framing of walls, dry wall, and insulation in. Also, had them perform other work to wall off a new room, install new basement window, reinstall shower tile and pan, install new flooring, and repair outside wall under siding. They did a great job and handled all feedback quickly and professionally. Would definitely utilize them again.

I used Wilder on multiple projects ranging from building retaining wall, deck repair, and exterior painting of entire building. We have been very happy with quality of work and he has continuously provided good value.

i’ve had lots of renovations using various contractor throughout the years so i’m unequivocal in my praise for L&T. They are professional, attentive to detail, and they communicate! And no surprise charges or scheduling issues. My only regret is that i didn’t know them before.

Wilder Morales was very professional and fast working on some small in-home projects. L&T Contractors installed a vented kitchen range (exhausting outside), removed a gas fireplace and repatched and repainted the wall, and replaced rotting outside trim and repainted the window trim.

He provided a detailed written quote that clearly explained the pricing for each project. For example, when I said I wanted the outside window trim replaced and painted, he knew that meant new wood, caulking to seal and two coats of paint. He was always responsive and clear in communicating his schedule and costs. The total price did not change from the quote.

Once I said I was ready, he was here with four workers within a week (!) and got all the work done in a day except some exterior painting (done the next day).

His crew put down drop cloths everywhere to protect the floors and appliances. His crew also cleaned up all the construction mess, leaving the exterior and interior without any traces of renovations including removing all the renovation trash without dumping it in my garbage cans.

L&T Contractors will do the work professionally and quickly, with high quality. He was insured and had a proper business license. Ideal for someone looking for home projects to be implemented professionally and with no need to micro-manage.

Wilder and his team were amazing from start to finish. They did quite a bit of work for us. His team was on time and worked consistently throughout the day. Pricing was very fair. Wilder and his team were always pleasant and flexible. They worked hard to get all of our project done within 2-3 weeks so we could move in at our scheduled time and that included them having to stop as we went on vacation twice. I highly recommend L&T contractors. We always get compliments on their work and I can't wait to use them again for our other projects in the future.

Mr. Morales installed a dishwasher in a our home, which originally didn't have one. He did a fantastic job, adding wiring, plumbing, etc. He also added new cabinets to our kitchen. I hope to have him back to do additional updates, and repairs. He's quite professional, reasonably priced, and thorough. Thank you!!

L&T has performed two jobs for me. One a shed refurbishment and the other deck repair and staining. L&T provided excellent work on both jobs. Their estimate was fair, the work was done right, they finished on time, and it was completed at the original estimate. Their workers were courteous and cleaned up after themselves.

Mr. Morales is the best in his work. I contacted several contractors about replacing entire roof of detached garage. Some were not interested in changing the structure of the roof. Mr. Morales promised that he would replace the entire roof job to my satisfaction, and he did. Pleased with his professional work at reasonable price.
