We highly recommend LT construction for anyone who wants a conscientious professional contractor. Lac and his team did exactly what he said they would do on time and in budget. He gutted our primary bathroom and rebuilt a beautifully tiled shower and bathroom floor. He installed the vanity, lights and had a great plumber he works with for the plumbing work. He is very experienced and we learned to trust his judgement when we had to make design decisions for a small space. We will call LT construction for our next project soon!

We started with a leaky shower, that turned out to be a completely rotted out wall. All of that is fixed, to code with inspections. My new bathroom looks amazing. I cannot recommend him more highly.

We hired LT Construction to build our new deck and could not possibly be happier with our choice. We have used other contractors in past and the experiences have not been very positive. From the very start Lac returned our calls and was very prompt in coming to give us an estimate. He gave us a very detailed estimate, explained everything and answered all our questions and even had some good suggestions we hadn't thought of. The project was done in a very professional manner, our yard was always
clean and neat, and despite all the issues with sourcing materials due to COVID, the project was done in a very timely manner. The quality of the workmanship and attention to detail was fantastic. This is a really great company with an even nicer crew, and we will be using them again for our next project.

Lac was great to work with for our bath/shower renovation. When I had questions, he got back to me in a timely manner. He was especially patient with me during the planning phases of my project. He listened to my needs & wants, and offered some suggestions of his own. When it was time for the work to be done, he and his helper were on time. They cleaned up the work thoroughly every day and kept a neat job site. His price was very competitive and the work was top notch! I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again.

We were looking for a contractor to help design and build out a finished basement, and came upon LT Construction. Lac met with my wife and I and we were immediately onboard with his ideas and even more confident learning of his professional background and experience in the industry. Though our primary goal was for a finished basement, we had been wanting to build in a half wall to separate our living room from our kitchen, and asked if Lac could do that as well. He actually took on that project first, and did it very quickly. We were amazed at he and his team's skillsets, further validated that we had found the right person, and became even more excited to see how he'd take on the basement buildout. His quality of work was stupendous. He executed the perfect design, used quality materials, and placed attention to every detail. He was always punctual, and met the timeline he anticipated to complete the project. We cannot speak strongly enough about how much praise we have for Lac and his team. They are very professional, extremely talented, and will help you realize your project to completion. We highly recommend them without question, and are so glad we found them!!

I would definitely recommend LT Construction. We had our basement finished and they did a great job. Lac was friendly and knowledgeable during the entire process and always professional, specifically with showing up on time. All of our questions were answered in a timely manner. The work area was always kept clean at the end of the day. Lac took care of all permits and inspectors and all we had to do was let him know about paint and flooring. It was a pleasure working with Lac during the entire process and I would certainly hire LT Construction again for any future jobs at our home.

LT Construction removed an existing shower stall in a small bath area and installed a new, "senior friendly" custom designed shower system for us.
The workmanship is excellent, Lac was on time every day and he cleaned up the work area every night before leaving. Very skilled, conscientious worker!

Lac and his team finished our basement (kid's playroom and bathroom). His craftsman and expertise are top notch. He was open and honest about the pricing and the timeline at every phase of the project. We ran into some issues which were out of our control and Lac was very accommodating when it came to updating his schedule. Lac and his team did a great job with a load barring wall we had taken down. He was extremely professional, communicated well through email and text, and cleaned up after himself everyday! He also gave us a reasonable timeline (4-5 days) which he was able to complete in 4 days. When we needed extra materials he offered to buy it himself so we wouldn't have to take time out of our busy schedule to buy extra items. We recommend Lac to anyone doing construction to their homes!

We had a fantastic experience with LT Construction. Lac and his crew remodeled two of our bathrooms. His quote was competitive and accurate. He was very open with me about his schedule and previously arranged projects so there were no surprises. As far as the work, both bathrooms came out beyond expectation! Lac’s attention to detail is outstanding. He uses high quality products and has a great knowledge of what’s on the market. Every day he swept and cleaned up after himself making the experience that much better. I’ve already discussed future projects and will be calling LT Construction for all of my future endeavors. I hired LT Construction for 5 projects: porch replacement, window replacement, kitchen remodeling, interior painting and bath room remodeling. Lac provided me with estimates for the work in a timely manner. All the quotes were competitive with other contractors. Prior to and during the work, Lac had made suggestions in making the projects better and more economical. Lac handled all the required permit applications and inspections with the town. The whole process was hassle free. Lac performed tasks beyond what the contracts had specified. He took time out of his weekend to help me pick up a heavy vanity from the store and transport it to the house. How many contractors would do that? His focus on quality is unique and unparalleled. All the projects were completed in a timely manner. At the completion of the kitchen and bath remodeling, Lac cleaned all the affected rooms, leaving it spotless. Without hesitation, I would hire LT Construction for any future projects.

I had a great experience with LT Construction. Lac and his crew rebuilt my old PT deck with composite. His quote was competitive, he explained everything that needed doing and was open to my specific requirements and modifications to the original proposal. The work was done on a timely basis. The quality of the materials and the labor were excellent. Two specific things stand out. After the construction started, Lac determined that some of the support structure did not need to be replaced and, without my request, reduced the cost accordingly. The second is minor in the total scheme of things, but it is a reflection of the kind of work he does: every day they swept and cleaned up. Per my experience with contractors on previous projects, this was unexpected, but welcome. All in all, Lac will be my go-to guy for any future projects. Highly recommended!

I had an excellent experience with LT Construction. I was provided with a fair estimate quickly and efficiently which was a nice change of pace after reaching out unsuccessfully to some other contractors. The work speaks for itself. I had my entire kitchen renovated (in less than a week!) and I could not be happier. Lac and his crew are skilled, professional and courteous. My place was clean at the end of each day and they were very respectful to my neighbors which was a nice touch. I also appreciated that they kept me informed of their pogress throughout the entire process. I love my new kitchen and would not hesitate to use them again for future remodeling projects.

Superb workmanship and attention to detail. We hired LT Construction to install new Windows and Door in our old house. LT went beyond the scope of the work to make sure everything fit well and was nicely finished - they even uncovered some hidden damage and advised us on dealing with that. I will have them come back again any time!
