L&R was honest and easy to work with. They did a great job replacing my roof and I will refer my friends and family to them every chance I get.

Everyone I dealt with at L&R Roofing were wonderful. The owner explained my options and made suggestions, the Vice President took her time to help me decide on the roof tile colors and the crew that installed it were on time and did a great job. They cleaned up so well you would never have guessed I just had a new roof put on. I highly recommend using them!

L&R is based in AZ and a target of spammers/scammers that claim to be them in MN. Had a talk with the owner and he explained their situation. Adjusting the review accordingly. Don't let anyone up on your roof without knowing who they are.

We recently had a leak over our laundry room that needed urgent repair, and this company exceeded all our expectations! They were incredibly responsive, providing a same-day quote, and the owner was so friendly and trustworthy that we didn’t even feel the need to shop around for other options.

In addition to the leak repair, they also replaced our flat patio roof and installed a roof over our open-air courtyard, which turned out absolutely stunning. The crew was professional, hardworking, and genuinely friendly. Their cleanup efforts were exceptional—they left our home and yard spotless. The owner even reassured us that if we weren’t satisfied with the cleanup, he’d send the crew back.

After discovering a small leak in our daughter's playroom, we decided it was time to have our roof replaced. We reached out to L&R Roofing Solutions and received a quote the same day! Their quote was extremely thorough and fair. Since we aren't very familiar with the logistics of construction projects, my wife and I still had several questions before getting started which the owner, Luis, answered honestly and thoroughly. After our experience with him, we knew they were the right company for us and decided to use their services. Luis showed us some shingle samples and we decided on the perfect color for our home. They scheduled our project shortly after and were even able to start a day early much to our excitement. The crew showed up early in the morning and got straight to work. Other than the obvious construction noises, they were quiet, polite, and extremely hardworking. Victor was excellent! He was the superintendent on the project and he made sure to ask us if we had any questions or concerns. The project took about 2.5 days to complete and the crew did an extremely thorough clean-up before leaving each day. Who knew getting a new roof could be so exciting?! Thank you for putting a beautiful new roof over our heads, L&R Roofing Solutions! Now we just need to paint the house!

This company did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, and with total professionalism.
1. They were timely with their estimate, delivery of materials, and workmen on site.
2. They were professional on the job--they knew exactly how to do a roof--efficiently but comprehensively.
3. They had an extra person whose sole job was to make sure that pieces of waste did not blow away and instead were gathered into a garbage bag.
4. They were thorough at the end of the job in going around the property and picking up nails, roofing materials and water bottles, such that I found virtually nothing left over.
5. Their price was very fair.
6. They timely completed the job, so that the next contractor (solar) could start timely.
7. Luis always returned any phone calls promptly and was very good at answering any questions.
With so many horror stories about roofing companies out there, this company certainly is not in that category. I would recommend L& R Roofing to anyone.

Luis and his team were very responsive to my requests and took time to explain to me the work that was done. They were dependable and provided great quality service. I highly recommend them.

I had a terrible experience with L&R Roofing and I would encourage you to use ANY OTHER COMPANY but this one. The owner allowed his technician to come to my house for a suspected roof leak and NOT look at the attic of my home, where the leak was suspected. My tenant even had the ladder set up for him but he requested the tenant’s photo be sent to him so he could “show his boss” and quoted me for work that was not properly assessed for repair, and quite frankly was NEVER required, an indication of unethical business practices. Later, when the roofers arrived to “repair the roof” it became evident that the roof was not damaged. As they began walking on the roof, the ceiling began leaking, indicating a plumbing leak instead and ANOTHER confirmation that they didn’t do a proper assessment of the roof! In following conversations with the owner regarding my roof that was NEVER in need of repair, he later insisted that my tenant refused access to the attic and blamed the tenant for his technician not being able to properly assess the leaking area, admitting that a properly assessed attic would have saved the eye-gouging $3000 they charged. Additionally, after they replaced the roof, his technician told the tenants that he saw no damage to the underlayment but replaced it anyway, another indication of unethical business practices. Upon speaking with the owner he told me he would discount the job, accepting that his company did not act in good faith. However, 10 days later I was notified there was a lien on my home with no communication from the owner. Once I spoke with him, he said he changed his mind and said that I lied during our conversation and decided independently that his company had not failed to act in good faith at any point through all of these interactions. Overall dealing with this company was a terrible experience and I sincerely hope others read my comments and decide to steer clear from this company.

After asking for a quote on a repair, they gave me a quote that did not include what I asked for, then they charged me more once the work was complete. The first thing that the owner said was "we did the work, so pay the bill, I will not discuss it", plus he said that he would "put a lien on my house if I don't pay the full amount". I tried to talk this with the owner, but he screamed at me while I spoke in a calm and collected manner. I would not recommend this company, you are better off looking elsewhere for your roofing needs.
