Horrible experience. They are only interested in selling you a new unit. Then when the air conditioning still doesn’t work, they ghost you. We ended up having to get another unit that was the correct size from a different company after they sold us the wrong unit. Terrible experience and ethically unacceptable.

Not good at maintaining your HVAC system, only interested in selling you a new unit. Bad at both furnace & ac. First gave false diagnosis of high amp draft inducer that was about to burn out on the furnace, suggested a new furnace. Draft inducer's been fine for over 5 years since. Then had then do an ac tuneup and they put a $3000 charge on the credit card saying I could get it back if I bought a new ac unit from them. Spending time arguing with the credit card issuer and filing reports with the BBB/chamber of commerce is likely not what you're looking for.
