Was slightly skeptical this would work based on the amount of mold and how much trouble I had removing it myself, but I saw my neighbors using them and their house always looked clean so decided to give it a shot. Was shocked at how clean the house was. The area in the photo was covered in mold/mildew. Will 100% be using this service annually.

WOW, What a difference in my roof after the soft wash. Todd and his crew were very careful prepping the foliage around the house before and after the roof wash. They were on time, polite, and explained in detail the whole process before they started. I am extremely please with results and would highly recommend their services.

They didn't show up for the first appointment, then begged to reschedule, and when they did come the job was subpar. When asked to wash our courtyard they skipped the extremely dirty walkway and instead just sprayed down the walk-in cooler, which is not very old and needed very little attention. When asked why they didn't clean the dirty walkway they said we weren't specific enough... yet I did specify, I sent pictures and even gave them the square footage of the walk way. Zero customer service, unreliable, I would not recommend.

I cannot recommend Lowcountry Soft Wash enough! I reached out to several companies and waited days for a response. There was even one company that came out to my house for an estimate and never sent it to me. So unprofessional! Lowcountry Soft Wash was quick to respond. I reached out Monday , received the quote Tuesday and they came out Wednesday. Patrick and Soren arrived on time and completed the job in record time. They did an AMAZING JOB!! They were so professional! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Attentive to Every Detail
From our initial meeting, until the follow up quality check, we had a great experience with their crew. They were very meticulous in covering outside items that could potentially be damaged by water – effective I might add! They missed a very minute are behind one of the facia boards that my bride, “ye who must be obeyed” caught. No worries, the crew was back instantly to address. So happy over the experience, I left them a gratuity taped to the garage door. Keep up the good work.

After at least 5 years of storms, our white and light-colored house was looking a little worse for wear. I was concerned about discovering loose siding, so I leaned toward a soft wash, fearing that it might not be enough but at least wouldn't be damaging. Lowcountry Soft Wash balanced both perfectly. The service was advertised to eliminate organic contaminants such as moss, algae, lichen, mildew, and mold using biodegradable, eco-conscious cleaning solutions. Their process included pre- and post-treatment applications of sodium hypochlorite and a high-alkaline detergent mixture for hardscapes, as well as protective covering for electrical components (switches, outlets, lighting, and doorbells) prior to any chemical application.

Positive Aspects:
✔️ Professional & Punctual – The team arrived on time, introduced themselves, and confirmed the scope of work before beginning, ensuring alignment on expectations.
✔️ Significant Improvement in Overall Cleanliness – The driveway appeared notably brighter, and most of the exterior grime and organic buildup were successfully removed.
✔️ Eco-Friendly Chemicals – The use of biodegradable cleaning solutions is appreciated, particularly for those concerned about environmental impact.

Areas Needing Improvement:
❌ Missed Spots on the Home’s Exterior – Some dark patches remained after the wash. Initially dismissed as lighting reflections, they were later identified as areas that had not been thoroughly cleaned. Given the price and the company’s quality claims, such oversights were disappointing.
❌ Lack of Attention to Detail – A plastic component at the base of a front-facing beam was dislodged during cleaning and left improperly repositioned. Additionally, white bleach residue appeared on the porch days after the service, something that could have been avoided with a more meticulous approach.
❌ Unapproved Placement of Promotional Signage – A company advertisement sign was placed in the front yard without prior consent. While not a major issue, a simple request beforehand would have been more professional.

Final Verdict:
The most important takeaway is that the job was mostly completed, and the majority of contaminants were removed. However, at a premium price point, the expectation is for a thorough and meticulous service. Missed spots, residual chemical stains, and a lack of final inspection detracted from the overall experience. A stronger quality assurance process and greater attention to detail would significantly enhance the value of this service for future customers.

Lowcountry Soft Wash reviewed the process before taking action. They addressed concerns about gardens of different kinds. As they walked the property with us, they encouraged questions. And did they deliver! The house from top to bottom was thoroughly cleaned: windows, doors (even interior main door was cared for) and the patios, driveway and curbside were scrubbed. The team did a great job of cleaning our 3 story house. This is the third year they have done it for us. I always ask they pay close attention to getting in the window cracks where mold and spiders congregate in our neck of the woods. They listen and deliver!
