Lovelady Construction installed replacement windows and exterior doors for us. The windows and doors were very well made. The install guys were very profession and highly skilled. Was very happy with the work. Had them also replace an old leaky roof with a new one. Again, job well done. Highly recommend Chip and his team.

Lovelady Construction team did window replacement, The team did an outstanding job. Making sure they were doing a good job, keeping dust and debris from getting in the house and keeping their mess cleaned up as they went. Outside of the new windows, you would never know they had been here. Highly recommend, very professional.

Working with Lovelady Construction has been the best decision I made for remodeling. They made the entire process incredibly easy and stress free. Update: siding was originally put on in 2015 and I found a spot where moisture had caused damage in a spot that gets no sun. I called Mr. Lovelady to see how much it would cost and he quickly came out to repair it at no cost. Not many companies will stand by their product and workmanship like Lovelady Construction.

We have been waiting years to replace our old wood windows and I knew exactly who I wanted to replace them. His name is Mike and when my father and I use to rehab properties, we only trusted Mike to help us and for good reason. He does it right the first time, every time. That caliber of person is hard to find, especially in the construction business. I called Chip, owner of Lovelady Construction, and I asked him if Mike still worked for him. Luckily, that answer was yes. The process of getting new windows was fast, easy and affordable. Mike and his crew kept things organized and clean the entire time they were working. They worked on a schedule that was helpful to me since I have dogs and needed to take them to work with me. Am I happy with my new windows? Absolutely! They are beautiful! I can now open my windows and I don't have to worry about rot. While Lovelady Construction was already at my house, I got them to replace some rotten soffit and fascia on my covered deck. Again, perfection!
When you find people that you trust and they treat you right, you only use them. Lovelady Construction, Chip and Mike, are those people to me.

I had some rotted siding on my chimney and a rotted front porch post that needed to be replaced. I called Chip to get a quote on how much it would be to get my chimney and front porch post replaced and he came out in a timely manner to give me a quote to replace all the siding on my chimney and to replace my front porch post. Chip was very friendly, knowledgeable and has great prices. Not only that but the quality of work that he and his crew do is very professional and you can definitely tell that there's years of experience with Chip and his crew. Kitchen Remodel, Painting, Tile Backsplash and a Wincore 7700 series sliding back door, new front door, plumbing issues fixed and many other items they discovered and corrected. Chip also put us in touch with the best countertop company for our quartz countertops, HCR with rep Brenton Phillips. Chip brought in Joey Liveoak for our flooring. We are very pleased with how they worked together . This is a professional group of men. Josh and Michael were the best to work in our home. They cleaned up everyday and had great suggestions for things I never thought of WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND LIVELADY CONSTRUCTION.

The crew of three applied waterproof wrap, vinyl siding and aluminum covering for decorative boards. The house looks great and is ready for winter. The men worked hard. They cleaned up daily before leaving each day. They were mindful and considerate. I recommend them to you for what ever you need.

We had a new roof over our back deck, and we needed gutters to divert an excess amount of water away from the house. They got the gutters installed quickly and without a mess or a fuss. The price was reasonable, and the quality was excellent.

Updated to include a 2nd review, but a few years later: We are currently building a new home and of course we contacted Lovelady Construction again, but this time for them to install Wincore insulated windows and Alside Ascend Composite Cladding on our new home. They also set 7 porch posts. Chip Lovelady quoted a reasonable price on everything and they did an outstanding job. Would definitely use them again!

I used Lovelady Construction to remove old siding, replace with vinyl siding and replace the gutters/downspouts at my home. The team did a great job. Chip came out in January, surveyed my wood fireplace woodpeckers damaged covering in vinyl, provided detailed plan how work would be executed and associated cost with suggestions I appreciated. He was transparent with extensive knowledge in construction and his crew was outstanding, friendly and professional with an excellent quality of workmanship.
Once again, now in December I needed a roof replacement. Chip sent his crew out early morning and they were like a well-oiled machine, so organized and hardworking, finishing in one day.
