I came back home from overseas with the military and needed a roof on my house I called around to several different places in Bham , but Jonathan Wood with Atlas roofing and exteriors are the only ones that got back to me, made it super simple and convenient. John met with us and various insurance personnel several times over the past year-and-a-half while we patiently waited for approval to replace our roof. John provided proof of insurance as requested by our mortgage company, roofing shingle samples, and had metal samples shipped to us so we could decide on a color. John never pushed for us to get the more expensive roof and answered many questions to help us make an informed decision. John's crew worked long hours, and each day the supervisor, Carlos, was present and monitoring the work being performed while also working along-side his crew members. Atlas Roofing completed my roof without hesitation, they were professional, on time and went above and beyond expectations to make it a perfect product. David Fair, the representative in South Alabama, came to visit several times before the work was performed to aid in ensuring my wife and I were pleased with the color and style of the shingle. He also visited us a few times after the work was completed to ensure we were pleased.
Since they completed our roof, I have suggested them to other friends where they performed the same quality service.
Even if someone else may be cheaper, I promise you, you will not receive the quality of work you could receive anywhere else.

If you're thinking about getting a new roof, I highly recommend Atlas! They gave me everything I needed to make decisions on things like shingle color. They did the job in one day! Danielle inspected my roof, took lots of pictures. I used those along with my Allstate agent to file a claim for wind damage (Danielle saw the damage and highlighted it on the pictures). She worked with the adjuster, Planned the work date. The roofers showed up when they said they would, did a good job, made a couple decisions during the replacement that were the right ones.

Insanely helpful and knowledgeable. They didn’t recommend a whole smattering of services I didn’t need/want. They fixed my issue and were very professional about the whole process. A pleasure to work with honestly. Atlas will be my first call when it’s time to replace my roof.

My experience with Atlas Roofing was unbelievable! I was having an absolute horrible time with my insurance agent and the adjuster, but Danielle Strunk at Atlas stepped in and fought for me daily! After a month and a half of her going back and forth with the insurance company, my whole claim was approved. If you want a roofing company that goes above and beyond for the customer, then choose Atlas! And ask for Danielle, you won't regret it!! You don't find that type of customer service often these days.

I had a great experience with Atlas. I recently purchased a house with a roof that Atlas had recently installed. A few days ago, we had a bad storm, and I noticed water in my exterior wall. I called Atlas to see if they could come inspect the issue. Bret was very friendly and extremely prompt, calling me back right away and arriving much quicker than I anticipated he would be able to. He and another employee showed up and inspected the roof, inviting me to come up and take a look for myself. They did not notice any issues with the roof that would be causing our water damage. But they took the time to discuss with me and try to determine what the problem may be. As we talked, Bret got some ideas and took it upon himself to caulk a window and a small hole in the siding for me. He didn’t have to do that, but he said he didn’t mind since he was here and had the tools to do it. He and his coworker were very professional and explained things to me very well. He also said he would try to provide me with an email stating that the roof is in good shape so that I might be able to work something out with my home warranty. I appreciate Bret and his help and would recommend Atlas to anyone in our area looking for great customer service and efficiency. I will also note that we haven’t had any trouble with our roof that they installed before we bought the house. It is a quality product.

Atlas Roofing & Exteriors installed a New Roof on my home. The end product looks amazing! John came out and assess the roof, discussed options and stated that he would provide an estimate on the cost by email. A few days later Melanie contacted me via phone to inform that the written estimate was ready to email for my review. After Hurricane Ida, I had issues finding someone to repair the damaged slate ridge capping on my roof. John wasn’t doing work in our area, but made a recommendation for the company I actually used, and it was a very solid recommendation. He followed through to make sure his recommended company took care of me and roof was repaired. That in itself was a great help!!

Julie was very responsive and came out within days with her colleague and the two of them went on the roof to investigate the location of the leak. Julie quoted a very reasonable price to fix the leak and sent out their crew to perform the repair. Honest, reliable, responsive. Couldn't ask for more out of John/Atlas. He deserves a raise and a paid vacation. Never once was I worried if they were doing what they said they were doing.

We solicited three competitive, no disclosure bids. Rocket City Construction and Rehabs, dab Atlas Roofing… came in at a very competitive rate. We waited for 9 mos after Hurricane Sally, as our waterproof shell had not been breached. But, we knew from inspections that our 15 year old roof had been compromised. They scheduled us promptly, offered very good quality product, included old roof removal, taping of decking seams, synthetic felt, and installation and clean up.
There were NO surprise costs. The removed the old, installed the new, and cleaned it up admirably in TWO days.
My wife got a flat from a nail that washed out of the gutter downspout, but I do not hold them responsible…they cleaned up what they found…this came out of a downspout after a hard rain. DO YOUR DILIGENCE OVER THE WEEKS AFTER INSTALLATION…there are things they simply cannot anticipate. Strongly recommend.

I have had an amazing experience dealing with Atlas Roofing & Construction. And at all stems from the excellent owners and staff of Atlas. John McCollum, one of the owners of Atlas, couldn’t have been more available and accommodating during the process with my questions and concerns. He met with the insurance claims adjuster and got on top of the roof with him to point out damaged areas from a recent storm. The insurance company fully covered the installation of a new roof, with even better materials than the previous roof. I’m quite positive that John’s knowledge and expertise in wind/hail damage made the claim approval process come through. When it came time for the roof to be installed, my expectations were again exceeded. The workers arrived on time and worked all day. They managed to completely install the roof in one day, including a full clean up of roof debris. John even accommodated the installation of some gutter guards that I had bought. Very pleased with John and his office manager, Melanie, and the rest of the crew of Atlas Roofing and Construction. And I know you will be too!

John approached our situation politely and professionally providing a fast free estimate that resulted in a full roof replacement covered by our insurance. During the process John and team were readily available answering all calls and providing easy, clear, and concise directions. We had a hard time getting Contractors to come work on or even come inspect our property in Ft. Morgan. Once I started talking with John and Atlas my contractor problems were over. Atlas got someone out to inspect the roof within a few days and the job was completed a coupe of weeks after the initial inspection. Atlas prepared a detailed quote and inspection report explaining exactly what work would be done and at what cost. The final invoice was for the exact price quoted. I would recommend Atlas to anyone needing a fast, responsive, and reliable contractor.
