This is not my first hooray with the Lopez-Ventura Company. They did an excellent job of installing a beautiful backsplash in my kitchen. Next they repeated their very high quality attention to detail, extreme super workmanship and expert care in converting my spare bathroom bathtub into a walk-in shower. “Beautiful Job”.

Wow wow wow! Luis and his team transformed our deck into an oasis. He was very communicative and gave us better ideas than we originally had when we started the project. His team built a small fence around the pavers and created a stable wall for us to hang our neon sign on a green wall. We will definitely be using them again in the near future when we purchase our new home.

Lopez/Ventura is an amazing company whose work performance is superb. They were referred to me as a very reputable and qualified company. This company turned my 40 year old home kitchen int a gorgeous updated open environment. It started with my initial consultation with Luiz creating an elegant design and a vision of the remodeling process. I could not imagine the end results at this time. As the project progressed, the team worked daily in demolition repairing, building, flooring and painting in a safe and respectful work experience during covid-19 in my home .

This business is awesome! They installed laminate flooring, carpet, and bar lighting. The price was worth the results. There were many added touches done without additional cost; e.g. wall repairs, higher quality baseboards. The staff was highly skilled, respectful, professional, and friendly. Recently, my wife and I decided to add a patio extension to our inground pool concreate walk around. In addition, we decided to add sidewalks leading from our pool to the back entrance of our home and side gate leading to the drive way. Lopez Ventura Inc., previously did some work for us on various home projects. We decided to have Lopez-Ventura do this project as well. (after all, their workmanship has never disappointed us). We absolutely love the pool extension and the walk ways. The workers came out very early in the morning on the first day and started the project and it took them only 2 days to complete this big job. The staff was very courteous, professional and answered all of our questions during the project as they worked on project. Inconclusion, the price was right, and the work was A+! Lopez-Ventura Construction Company will be my go to for anything and everything involving work for my house. Their crew did a very good job of replacing our roof. Their price was below two other estimates we got. We needed water diversion and hired a referred contractor to perform the work . It was not a good job by my standards . Luis and his crew were at my house to do other work and pointed out the unsatisfactory water diversion. For a fraction of what I paid the other contractor he and his crew did a great job correcting the mess from the work of the other contractor. They also made us very happy with the work performed to our landscaping ! If you need/want a great team of contractor workers at your house , they are the ones to hire ! Very happy with the work and the good people that Luis has in his crew.

The company remodel our hallway bathroom and master bathroom. They installed wall and floor tiles, replace toilets, bath tub, faucet and vanities, mirrors and fixtures. Installed walk-in shower in the master bathroom with rain shower. The whole crew was awesome, polite and professional. They completed the project in a timely manner. Very professional services being provided with affordable rates. This is my 3rd project I've used there services for and won't be my last. I've used them for lawn care including aeration & seeding.My most recent project consist of installing new pipes in my basement, installing new laminate wood floors, and painting. Great job! Luis came the same day I called to discuss my needs and provide a quote for the work. He was able to come the next day to do the work. He replaced an outside light fixture out front. He also replaced some vent caps and added rodent guards to prevent birds from nesting in my home.

I called to make an appointment on May 14, 2019 the female employee that answered my call gave me an appointment for May 15, 2019 at 9:00 - 12:00 pm. Needless to say I waited the appointed time and NO ONE SHOWED OR CALLED. I waited the entire day for a call of explanation and or apology; that didn’t happen. I initiated a call to the office at 3:56 pm. To my surprise the same female answered. I explained my dissatisfaction of the events of the scheduled appointment the female stated that he was suppose to call me; she began to giggle out of hopefully SHAME! She went on to say she apologize for the waste of my time. I explained to her before the half hearted apology how that was a waste of my time and how unprofessional they represented the face of the so called business they are proclaiming to have. It is out right disgraceful to not stand behind your word in the name of business. She went on to ask if I would like to make another appointment. My response was that would be insane after today to add insult on top of the injury. I would not be able to do business with a company that misrepresent themselves as unprofessionally as they do and to put myself in a position that I would pay them half way through not knowing if I would get a finished product. “NO THANK YOU”

I hired Lopez-Ventura Landscaping to do some landscaping work to my flower bed and tree in my front yard and they far exceeded my expectations! I was beyond pleased. Mr. Ventura was professional and he also provided me with multiple options of flowers to be planted in my flower bed that I hadn’t even considered! That was a bonus! Needless to say, I will continue to hire Lopez-Ventura Landscaping for any other projects that I need done in the future.

Fantastic Job! Mr. Jose and his staff were not only professional, but most important very personable. He and his staff treated me as if I were family. I have gotten several compliments and inquiries as to who did the beautiful landscaping. Even though the project is completed, Mr Jose follows up to see if there are any questions regarding maintenance of the new bushes and flowers. I am already working wth Mr Jose for the next project!

Mr. Jose set up a time to give a free estimate and was by far the best I received. Matter of fact, I couldn't believe the work could be completed for such a reasonable price. He and his crew came over 3 days later. Mr. Jose explained to them the work that needed to be completed and did not leave my house until he was confident in the process of the repair. I will be calling on Mr. Jose and his crew for other jobs around my house as needed.

and was looking for a trustworthy landscaping company to
repair my front lawn and landscape. Mr Luis came out to my house to give me a quote on the project. The cost was the best in the area but more importantly was he was honest and his team did a phenomenal job!! They did such a great job that I also them install my sprinkler system as well. Luis and his team do a fantastic job and a very reasonable price. The job can be big or small in our experience. When the situation is urgent, Luis gets someone over very quickly. Let me start off by saying, I have worked with Jose Lopez Ventura for roughly 13 years. He has always maintained my current home for both small and big project. I only call him because of the quality service and the workmanship. I remodeled my entire home with Lopez Ventura. This process took about 2 years and it was done in stages. The entire house and front privacy wall was pointed, new metal roof added, gutted kitchen and 2 bathrooms with new cabinets, and new appliances, sanded, stained and refurnished hardwood floors, new doors throughout and hardware, upgraded and new lighting, skimmed coated the entire upstairs and painted the entire house. I also added a new water heater to accommodate the efficient appliances and the entire house was outfitted with new trim throughout the home to include windows, sills, baseboards and crown molding . I could not trust this project to any one but Lopez/Ventura. He has skilled craftsmen who are masters in plumbing, resurfacing and electrical. They do excellent work and did a fantastic job on my home. The workers respected my home and were neat and orderly everyday. I have a new home. I planned my budget with Jose (the owner/GC) and I did go over because I wanted what I wanted but I am totally satisfied. This work is amazing. I love walking through the door.

This company does great work and does it really fast. I had concrete path put around one side of my house. I called for a consult and the next day he came and measured the area and said I’d get my quote the following day. The next day I got my quote, agreed to it and made my down payment to get the work started. They were willing to get started right away, if not for the rain I believe it would have been done in 3-4 day from inquiry to finish. They cleaned up my yard nicely also, thank you.

I scheduled an appointment to receive an estimate over a week ago for 9.a.m. this morning. I made accommodations in advance with my schedule for this date. I received a call from a young lady at 8:29a.m. this morning stating that they will not be able to make the 9:00 and they will need to push the appointment back to 4:00p.m. At 4:30 I called since no one had arrived. I was told by the young lady that she would reach out to him and call me right back. No call. I called again at 4:55 and she stated that he was not answering his phone...WHAT A MESS!!

UPDATE! I left the original post just to show the level of courtesy and consideration from Mr. Luis, the owner. Immediately after posting my review, I was contacted not with a watered down excuse, but a sincere apology and a request for an opportunity to make things right. Another appointment was set and I'm impressed with the level of customer service, professionalism and integrity of this business owner. I am confident that the quality of work will be just as impressive. Can't wait to provide an update upon the completion of the work. Thanks Mr. Luis!

Well, I wish I could have gotten a chance to review their actual work but, considering their rudeness with potential customers, they didn't even give us a chance.
I called to set up an appointment for a work estimate. We agreed to a set time/date (between 11 and noon on a Saturday). Once 1pm rolled around and no-one had showed, I called to find out what was going on, and see what the reason was for the delay. Luis (the owner himself) answered the phone. I told him that we had an appointment and no-one had showed yet and, while still talking, he interrupted me to tell me that he'd call back in 5 minutes. Two hours later, I called to ask what was going on, and the call was ignored and went to voicemail.
I have left a voicemail to ask for an explanation, as well as have written an E-Mail asking for the same, but I have been ignored.
Not sure if a basement bathroom (below drainage level) is not enough work for them, or if it is something that they're not comfortable doing due to lack of knowledge or capability. Regardless, I would have appreciated the decency of an answer or a call back.
If you decide to attempt to hire them, good luck having them show up.

We had a great experience working with Luis and Jose. I had to call them to fix a few windows a week before we went out of town, they worked us in last minute and still did a great job. They were also very reasonably priced even though it was short notice. My favorite part is that they didn't need me to involved with the process even when they ran into unexpected hurdles, I have a young baby so I really appreciated that they did whatever it took to get the job done without me having to stay close. We will definitely be working with them for all future home projects!

We contracted Luis for work on our new house. They did an excellent job of landscaping. Then we contracted with them for monthly lawn maintenance which includes leaf and snow clearing. They come twice a month and as needed to keep our house looking spiffy. We also contracted with then to build a new ramp at the front door. Luis has become our go-to-man for any future work.

Luis and his crew have gone above and beyond in maintaining our yard in the most pristine condition. He replanted fresh cut grass from a farm that grows fast and maintains it's quality of color and appeal to the neighborhood. He maintains our flowers, weeds, and re-mulches our flower beds. There isn't a plant in this world that he cannot get if you kindly ask him for it. Having an entirely trustworthy contractor is super convenient because you do not need to be on hand while the work is done. Forget about waiting for someone to arrive during a four hour window. This is the sort of contractor you can not only trust to do the job right, but literally hand a copy of the property keys to. They respond 24 hours a day and will show up at midnight on New Year's Eve should there be an emergency. I cannot recommend them more highly.

These guys do really great work. They're creative, pay attention to detail, and most importantly (and often forgotten), they CLEAN UP afterwards! They're busy, so it can take a few days to get a call back, but the work quality and flexibility makes the wait worth it. They do exterior and interior jobs, and their prices are very competitive, especially for the quality level they produce.
