you will not find any nicer people to work on your house and do a great job. They are also very hard workers and always leave the house clean.

Jairo and his assistant were very professional. Their work was meticulous and with care. Part of what they had to do involved sanding concrete which was going to create a lot of dust. They spent a good hour just covering everything with plastic. They clean everything before they left. I will hire them again.

I am very pleased with the work this company performed in repairing the deck on my house. I will definitely use this company for future projects. Thank you Jairo & Alexander for the excellent work.

I received a free in-home quote for my powder room and kitchen by Jairo. Jairo was friendly and professional. He greeted me like family and respected my house rule by removing your shoes upon entry without hesitation. He listened to me and offered helpful suggestions and cost savings for each project. I’m was happy to have meet him and hope to do business with the company however, things didn’t work out for me. I don’t know for sure, I believe it was because I asked for written proof of license and insurance plus 3 references within the last 12 months. I never heard back from him or his staff.

Great communication; they have an auto Text system that alerts you of your appointments and when they are en route to the job. They ran a new water line and electric to the upstairs of my home for a new washer and dryer. They were able to complete my job in a timely manner around my job schedule. Fair pricing. Also, was able to provide another quote for another project while at my residence. Pays attention to detail and cleaned up well after the job. We will be using them again.

We had our kitchen remodeled last year along with other drywall repairs to our family room. JA was very professional and took great pride in their work.

Communication was lacking. Called and phone responded with a "Can I call you back" text. I responded yes, and added my name. No one contacted me so I called again. This time I spoke to a gentleman and he asked me to send my contact info via text, the same number I responded to via text the other day. No one has reached out. I totally get being busy but this is where professionalism comes in. If you can't determine you're overwhelmed and unable to effectively communicate, what else will fall short? Poor communication does not instill confidence in the consumer.

J&A was courteous, professional, reasonably priced and on-time. The work conducted was excellent craftsmanship! I had a vision and I felt I was taken seriously and listened too. Additionally, I was also offered ideas to accomplish my customized cabinetry. I really can't say enough on how awesome and personable they were! My Kicthen was mainly a refurbishment of my cabinets and countertops. However, my sub-floor had to be repaired and my flooring replaced. Also, my Kitchen cabinets were painted. With all that done my Kitchen looks brand new! And I love it! They were sure to go step by step with me through the process! And if that wasn't enough; while they were working on my Kitchen my water heater burst! But guess what! Even though they had orher customers and I was scheduled for Kitchen work they were able to accommodate my Emergency need! Additionally, they still finished my job early! I will be honest and say that when I started the process I didn't know what contractor to select but after meeting with J&A their knowledge base and experience was clear. I needed general handyman (moving heavy items) done. I asked for two strong men (no, I really did) and J.A. Renovations came through. They properly prepared my things for movement and placed them where I asked, no problems. If their work is as good what they did for me, you should not have any problems

Mr. Aguilar of JA Renovations Home Improvement is an excellent craftsman and overall great person to know. He helped me with a major renovation of my 2 bedroom 2 bath condo including kitchen cabinets, baths, flooring, tiling, appliance installation, electrical, and plumbing. He also installed new blinds through out the condo. I highly recommend his services for large or small jobs based on my experience. He is skilled in all aspects of home improvement and repairs.

Jairo and his team came in and did amazing work. They were professional, on time, and reasonable with pricing. They were here while I was in a meeting. They were respectful of that and worked around my meeting. The counter top looks beautiful. I will definitely use them again in the future.

For those of you considering using the services of JA Renovations, let me share my experience with them. They have been to my home three times now, once for a large project and twice for a collection of smaller ones. All three experiences were excellent - they are timely (show up when promised & complete when estimated), professional (they communicate often and frequently on the project), and most importantly do excellent work (every project has been done well and with obvious pride in their work). I am very glad I found them!

I called JA Renovations based on great reviews on google. I set an appointment for two months out.

I gave this business 4 stars only because the day before my appointment I confirmed and informed them that I did not purchase the storm door due to not having a truck to transport it to my home. The day of my appointment they were a no show. I called the business 2 hours after my appointment and I was informed that my appointment was cancelled.

However, Cesar went above and beyond to honor my appointment. We met at Lowe’s and I picked out my storm door. He met me back at my home and installed the door. This is what great business and customer service is about.

Despite my initial disappointment. I am more than pleased with the installation of my storm door. I will be using this business again.

I have used JA Renovations Handyman services many times in the last two years. They have done everything from painting to plumbing to electrical and have assembled many different types of furnishings for me. They have also consulted with me to recommend solution to a particularly frustrating problem with a microwave exhaust system that was not operating sufficiently to prevent fire alarms being set off. JA Renovations solved the problem for me. They are professional and do a very high quality job. They are reliable, affordable and timely. I highly recommend them!

We've been using JA Renovations for several years now and we are quite pleased. Jairo is a talented carpenter and overall skilled handy man. JA Renovations replaced a window sill destroyed by one of my dogs. The person who came out was friendly, professional and efficient. I would definitely use them again for future projects!!

My friend referred me to JA Renovation and I contacted them initially for bathroom renovation. Then I asked Mr. Aguilar if he can install kitchen exhaust vent and when he said he can we were so happy. Whoever I called in the past to do it, always said no it’s not possible. Could not be happier with the work of J.A. Renovations on our kitchen. We interviewed at least 10 different companies and selected them as they were responsive, prompt in their estimate, direct and agreed to do everything for a reasonable price which they did not go over in price on. The men were friendly and very professional. They were also incredibly accommodating when one of our appliances took longer than expected to be delivered. You also cannot beat the one year warranty on their services. Very satisfied customers!!!

If I could, I’d rate 4.5. I commissioned JA Renovations for multiple small handyman jobs. The charge for a half day was fair, and Jarro was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. I couldn’t get everything done because the work for an ongoing major renovation project was in the way, but I was pretty happy with what we could get done. I’ll definitely be using them again.

J is fantastic he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied before he left, he replace my old screens with new one and I had a light over my porch that has not worked since I bought the house he was not happy until he found out why and he repaired it. JARenovations did a great job repairing a bad leak in our sunroom. Jairo is pleasant to speak with and he clearly explained what needed to be done with pictures of what he found. He also explained what he needed for the repair. Caulk was added to the estimate. The work was finished fast and Jairo inspected other vulnerable areas to see if everything was tight before coming down from the roof. Jairo provided after pictures of the places he repaired. We appreciate his thoroughness and will definitely call him again when we have a job around the house we can't do. JARenovations is highly recommended.

These guys are fantastic! They have been out to my house at 2 different times and did a great job both times. I had them do many projects including work on my fence, installing a new attic ladder, fixing my interior barns doors, painting, installing baseboard and a number of other items.
